Cardi B Comments On The Face Tattoo Of Her Son’s Name In Her McDonald’s Ad

When you make the kind of money Cardi B does, you never have to worry about working for anyone other than yourself. Well, scratch that. You still have to work for others, but the paycheck is a hell of a lot higher. Take, for instance, Cardi and her first husband Offset‘s recent deal with McDonald’s. Their basic bitch burger, fries, and apple pie meal will send folks in droves to order the same shit they’ve been ordering since they were kids, despite opposition from some uptight franchisees. But in an attempt to spice up their marketing, Cardi has finally commented on the face tattoo of her youngest child Wave which appears in their McDonald’s ads. And no matter what people say, in regards to the tatt, Cardi is ba-da-ba-ba-BAHHHHH – Lovin’ it!
According to People, Cardi wanted to remind everyone of her son’s unique name by getting it tattooed onto her face. Or, perhaps in an era where everyone is so mean, she’s using the word Wave to let people know it’s Ok to speak to her when they see her out in public. In any case, she documented the procedure, and if it were me, as soon as that damn needle hit my cheek, I would have headed straight for the door because I know that shit hurt like hell.
The rapper, 30, shared a close-up look at her jawline inking of 17-month-old son Wave’s name on Thursday and said she adores the face art.
“I Love My Face Tatt ❤️,” the “I Like It” rapper captioned the snapshot showing off the red tattoo, which was taken during her and husband Offset’s recent McDonald’s shoot to promote their very own meal — named ‘The Cardi B & Offset Meal’.
Cardi first unveiled the inking in September 2022, a month after getting it done by tattoo artist Robinson De Los Santos. The ink is placed in a similar spot to where her rapper husband got their 4-year-old daughter Kulture’s name tattooed on him when she was just 7 weeks old.

Although the tattoo looks Photoshopped, it’s real. And it’s also visible in the campaign for their meal, which is probably why she’s finally commenting on it. And as far as her fans are concerned, the reviews are in, and most are pleased with the new ink, even though she received a bit of motherly advice from one of her followers who warned her that enough is enough.
Now Cardi! I’m coming at you like a mom/grandma! You have a beautiful beautiful face! (I actually think the tat looks good) but NO MORE!!! Don’t mess with perfection boo!!! Imma huge fan!!!! Sending nothing but LOVE ❤️❤️❤️

Cardi clearly hasn’t taken into consideration that once her face begins sagging due to aging her Wave tattoo will find its final resting place underneath her chin. And if middle age weight gain catches up to her (like with most of us), she can attribute the tatt to how the waves of her chins bring peace and tranquility. That would be the perfect way to spin it when and if the time comes without plastic surgery.
