Here’s The Trailer For The Fourth And Final Season Of HBO’s “Succession”

Finally! The answer to the question we’ve all been asking Jeremy Strong for the past five years is upon us. Jeremy’s answer to Why so serious? has been revealed in the trailer for the upcoming 4th and final season of HBO’s Succession. About halfway through the trailer, Brian Cox, in character as Logan Roy, tells Jeremy, in mind, soul and body as Kendall Roy, that he and his siblings are “not serious people.” To which Jeremy, as Kendall both on and off screen, must surely have replied: “wanna bet?

Yep, it’s been a long con all along! Turns out Jeremy does have a sense of humor. He’s so method that the joke and The Joker are one and the same, and they’re both on us! Lol. Here’s the trailer for the S4, which starts on March 26 and features Logan Roy “terrifyingly moseying,” Cousin Greg (Nicholas Braun) continuing to test the limits of how tall is too tall, OG Skarsgård once removed, Alexander Skarsgard stepping off a PJ in his bare feetsies, and Kieran Culkin’s Roman Roy giddily standing in the middle of a riot in the streets of New York with his arms outstretched looking like, well, like the Joker.

Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! And to think that Keiran actually thought Mr. “To me, the stakes are life and death was kidding when he told him, “I’m worried that people might think that the show is a comedy.” Nobody even dies, as far as we know! So we can go on imagining what these characters might be doing well into the future. Except for Kendall. According to IndieWire:

Breakout star Strong recently admitted the final season will “feel like a death” as he sheds his iconic character of man-child Kendall Roy.

The “Armageddon Time” actor added, “When I was younger, I saw the future in the crosshairs. I don’t feel that anymore. There is a feeling of ‘Now what?‘ that I don’t have the answer to.”

He’s such a kidder. I bet he RSVPd to the wrap party “No. Reason: #Dead.”
