Scientology Leader David Miscavige Seems To Have Gone Missing As Lawyers Try To Serve Him With A Trafficking Lawsuit From Past Members

Where in the world is David Miscavige? The leader of the Church of Scientology is currently as hard to find as his wife, Shelly Miscavige. While Shelly has been alleged to be missing since August 2007, David is freshly MIA, and it seems there’s a good reason for him to hide. Lawyers are currently trying to serve the 62-year-old head bitch of Co$ with a lawsuit alleging that he was involved in child trafficking. Someone check Tom Cruise‘s COVID cruise ship that he rented–I’m sure David could hide there!

The Tampa Bay Times says the federal lawsuit, brought by a group of plaintiffs who were formerly in the Sea Org–a strict group within Scientology–names David as a defendant. TMZ says that over a four-month period, their lawyers have been trying to file the lawsuit against David for allegedly trafficking them as children, but he’s been hiding, and Scientology security refuses to accept the legal documents.

Over a four-month period, Miscavige has reportedly eluded process servers a whopping 27 times at Scientology offices in L.A. and Clearwater, Florida, where the group is headquartered.

Security guards at both locations keep refusing to accept the suit, saying they have no idea where Miscavige is hiding… according to multiple media reports.

Three plaintiffs, who formerly belonged to a Scientology sect called Sea Org, claim they were forced into the church as kids and worked into adulthood for nominal pay.

Valeska Paris, along with Gawain and Laura Baxter (who are married), eventually quit Sea Org and filed a civil complaint against Miscavige in 2022.

Last month, one of the plaintiff’s lawyers filed docs, saying … “Miscavige cannot be permitted to continue his gamesmanship” – and a federal judge says she will soon decide whether Miscavige can be considered officially served.

So far, five Scientology entities who are named as co-defendants have already been served, but they have tried to get the lawsuit pushed into “internal arbitration,” which would allow a panel of church members to decide on the matter. All three plaintiffs say they grew up on the Scientology ship Freewinds and in dormitories (one of which was a repurposed Quality Inn) and were forced into child labor, including digging trenches and cleaning toilets. Valeska also claims in the lawsuit that children were regularly physically and sexually abused. All the horrible details of the lawsuit are at The Daily Beast:

She lived in Cadet Org dormitories at Stonelands, in England, near Scientology’s U.K. base, Saint Hill. “Valeska spoke only French and felt isolated from the other children and adults who spoke only English, until she learned to speak English,” the lawsuit states, adding that she was upset to be separated from her mom and that adult Sea Org members punished her for being “dramatic.” They allegedly forced her to wash pots and pans.

At the facility, the lawsuit alleges, Paris and other children were forced to work five hours, unpaid, cleaning the premises and providing childcare for newborns. The complaint adds that kids were permitted one day off every two weeks, and if they got sick, they were denied medical care; instead they were excused from work and isolated in their dorm. According to the lawsuit, Paris was denied medical treatment when she contracted mumps.

Paris also alleges physical and sexual abuse of children was common.

As for Shelly’s disappearance from the public, it’s long been rumored that Shelly is being hidden by Scientology because she knows too much. Leah Remini even filed a missing persons report in 2013, but the LAPD closed the case and declared that Shelly is not missing. Late last year, Leah called for an investigation into the LAPD’s $hady relationship with Co$. So David knows how to stay hidden as Scientology has had practice. Reps for the “Church” say that the allegations against him are false; there is no mention of where David is, though:

A rep for the church tells TMZ, “The lawsuit is nothing but a money shakedown. The allegations are scurrilous, ridiculous and blatantly false. The lawsuit is both a sham and a scam.”

These plaintiffs’ lawyers are not thinking critically. If I were trying to find someone in the year 2023, I would do one thing: ask a TikTok Gen-Z for help. They are like the Scooby-Doo gang on speed and dig shit up from the past, present, and probably the future. They might find David in no time. But first, they should check up Tom Cruise’s ass since David has been up there for DECADES.
