Lisa Marie Presley Hospitalized After Reportedly Suffering Cardiac Arrest
UPDATE: Priscilla Presley just gave the worst possible news and announced that Lisa Marie Presley has died at 54:
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”

2023, STOP! TMZ and Deadline both report that 54-year-old Lisa Marie Presley has been hospitalized in Los Angeles after she went into full cardiac arrest at her home this morning and had to be revived with CPR and epinephrine. Lisa Marie is currently being treated at the hospital, but her condition isn’t known right now. It was just two nights ago when Lisa Marie and her mother, Priscilla Presley, watched Austin Butler win the Golden Globe for playing her dad Elvis. Priscilla is reportedly at the hospital with her.
Deadline asked Lisa Marie’s rep for comment, and the only comment they had was no comment.
LA County sheriff’s deputies were called to Presley’s residence this morning upon receiving a call that someone in the house was suffering from a cardiac arrest, a law enforcement source tells Deadline. Fire department medics arrived too and after administrating treatment to stabilize Presley, and took her to a local hospital. Her condition is not known.
A rep for Presley says they have “no comment at this time” regarding reports that the daughter of Elvis Presley had suffered a cardiac arrest today.
Before Lisa Marie supported Austin Butler and Elvis at the Golden Globes on Tuesday night, she and her daughter, Riley Keough, were at an event on Sunday to celebrate what would’ve been her father’s 88th birthday.
Lisa Marie has been going through it for the past few years. Lisa Marie’s oldest son, Benjamin Keough, died by suicide at 27 years old just a couple of years ago. And she was in a legal fight with her ex-manager over accusations that he mismanaged her money so badly that she’s gone broke. Also, recently, Lisa Marie, who left Scientology in 2014, was subpoenaed to testify in the Danny Masterson trial, but ultimately she was not called.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to pull out my CD copy of Lisa Marie Presley’s 2003 album To Whom It May Concern (yes, I still have the CD) and play it on a loop while sending her good thoughts.
Priscilla Presley confirmed on Instagram that Lisa Marie is in the hospital and asked for prayers.
