Selena Gomez Rang In 2023 On A Yacht With Brooklyn Beckham And Nicola Peltz; Says We Can Call Them A “Throuple”
It figures that 2023 couldn’t just waltz in and keep it cool with the eye-roll and heavy exhale material, but we’re only three days in, and it appears that the Cerberus in charge of guarding the ability for us all to give our eye muscles and lungs a rest has reared its three kind-of punchable heads. Kidney donor snubber, Selena Gomez, spent New Year’s Eve on a yacht with alleged nanny terrorizer, Nicola Peltz, and Nicola’s self-proclaimed/underqualified “chef” husband, Brooklyn Beckham. Selena felt the need to mark the occasion by making four separate Instagram posts about it and, in the final one, said we can “calls [sic] them a throuple.”
Last month, Selena semi-responded to speculation that it was her relationship with Justin Bieber that kept her skinny. Now we can assume that she also stays skinny from having to choke down Brooklyn’s undercooked vegan cheese pizza since she’s been spending a lot of time with him and Victoria Beckham’s number one enemy. via People:
The “Rare” singer on Sunday shared a series of snaps on Instagram of a beachside trip with her inner circle, including newly-married pals Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz.
Selena and Nicola even got matching dresses made for the evening (NOT from Posh’s atelier, which will undoubtedly begin the next in-law infighting) and might’ve gotten matching tattoos. However, there’s been no word on Brooklyn adding a Selena scribble to his collection of 70 ill-advised wifey tattoos.
“Thank @maisonvalentino for me and my angels dresses!” Gomez captioned the pics. “Felt like a fairy! Oh and @isabelalysa for making us look good!”
“I love you my angel forever!!!” Peltz wrote.
The two appeared to get matching tattoos on their arms, too, that said “angel.”

The trio was also seen playing Jenga, holding sparklers, and doing yacht stuff with other, less thirsty-for-attention pals. Apparently, Selena REALLY wants us to know that she’s friends with these two useless, wealthy doofuses for some reason because she posted four times about them in one day. She concluded with a post where she finally gave all of humanity what they’d been waiting for: permission to call them a “throuple.”
In one post, Gomez gathered pics of the inseparable trio hugging and cuddling on a yacht. Other shots in the gallery of pictures were snapped as the trip had drinks together and got ready for NYE in a glam room together.
“Fine calls us a throuple,” Gomez, 30, captioned the photos, dubbing herself a “forever plus one” in a hashtag.
“Facts 💘💘💘🤣, ” Peltz, 27, commented.
More photos from the NYE celebrations showed Gomez hanging out on the beach alongside friends including Raquelle Stevens, and snacking on shrimp while back on board their yacht.
There was also a picture of Gomez playing Jenga with Beckham, 23, and a snap of her climbing out out of the ocean onto a yacht in a white and black bikini.
From fireworks to sparklers, there was no shortage of celebration. Gomez shared even more photos of herself hugging Nicola in front of the fireworks display — with Raquelle stepping in for the final photo, too.

On the bright side, at least Selena can still claim that Taylor Swift is her ONLY friend in the industry, because these two don’t pass the sniff test (even if Nicola’s face does perpetually look like she’s just sniffed a girthy vegan fart).
