Open Post: Hosted By The Tropicana Orange Juice Spray Bottle For Mimosas

November 4, 2022 / Posted by:

When it comes to classy morning drinking, you usually get two options: Bloody Mary or mimosa. And since the former recounts childhood nostalgia of a random woman appearing in your mirror to murder you after you’ve said her name ten times, I defer to the mimosa. However, sometimes people use too much orange juice, which does little justice to the cocktail. So OJ OG’s Tropicana has come up with a PR gimmick, I mean, a solution for those who don’t like their mimosas ruined by orange juice overload. They are hawking a bottle of orange juice adorned with a spray top so you can add as much, or as little, as you want for the perfect boozy brunch-time beverage.

The New York Post reports Tropicana understands how frustrating it can be to get the right amount of juice into your breakfast booze to achieve a steady enough buzz to get you through to Happy Hour. So in response, they have created the Tropicana Mimosa Maker starter kit, complete with all of the items you’ll need to elevate your taste buds from “These eggs are nasty” to “Let’s get some fuckin’ French Toast!!!! (burp)“.

The Tropicana Mimosa Maker is here to make your orange juice and Champagne concoctions easier to brew.

The limited-edition device is a 12-ounce spray bottle that spritzes just the right amount of juice into your sparkling flute.

The three settings of the bottle include whisper, spritz and shower — so the drinker can sip on a mimosa with a little or a lot of OJ.

The “ultimate OJ diffuser” can also be a “perfect” gift, Tropicana says, as it comes in a mimosa kit filled with a bottle of Tropicana Pure Premium Original orange juice, two Champagne flutes and two Tropicana red-and-white striped straws.

Ok, allow me to be the one to say it: Hell YES! But ultimately, HELL no! Because all Tropicana did was slap a Spray and Wash top onto a bottle of orange juice like that’s some kind of ingenious idea. I can guarantee you I know at least two or three lushes who invented this life hack eons ago using a spray bottle from The Dollar Tree.
