George Floyd’s Family Plans To File A $250 Million Lawsuit Against Kanye West

As Christmas quickly approaches, I’m convinced Kanye West is really Santa, because he continues giving out the unwanted gift of his words to the world. Or maybe I’m having trouble rearranging words myself, because when I typed Santa, I should have typed Satan. How else could you explain his cruel and callous statement alleging the brutal murder of George Floyd by police was actually caused by a Fentanyl overdose? Someone throw this dude on Jeff Bezos’ dick rocket and fling his ass into deep space because I think his time is up here on Earth. But before we send Kanye away, let’s allow George Floyd’s family, on behalf of his child’s mother Roxie Washington, and their daughter Gianna, to win their $250 million lawsuit against him first.

Yahoo! Entertainment reports after Kanye came out as an avid supporter of White Lives, he has been popping up in interviews with everyone from Chris Cuomo to Tucker Carlson. And during an episode of the podcast Drink Champs, Kanye launched into a sermon of stupidity where he suggested Floyd was not murdered by the police but instead was administered fentanyl prior to his death as convicted ex-cop Derek Chauvin barely had his knee on Floyd’s neck. And this is all based on information he absorbed while watching crackpot Candace Owens’ documentary.

“I watched the George Floyd documentary that [Owens] put out. One of the things that his two roommates said was they want a tall guy like me, and the day that he died, he said a prayer for eight minutes,” West said. “They hit [Floyd] with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

I’m not sure what kind of spell the Kardashians put him under during the pandemic but that shit is still working. Hopefully it keeps him numb enough to recover from the hit his bank account will take after Floyd’s family wins this lawsuit, because they absolutely should. If not for the insensitive remarks he made but also for the trauma it’s causing Floyd’s family.

“Kanye’s comments are a repugnant attempt to discount George Floyd’s life and to profit from his inhumane death,” attorney Pat D. Dixon III said in a statement on Tuesday, adding that the goal with the lawsuit is to “hold Mr. West accountable” for his “flagrant remarks.”

The lawsuit will go after West’s “business partners” and “associates” as the comments caused “harassment, misappropriation, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress.” Gianna is the sole beneficiary of Floyd’s estate.

Apparently suing Kanye has become a new hobby for the entire Floyd family because his brother Philonise Floyd is also considering filing a lawsuit with help from attorney Lee Merritt.

Floyd’s brother is mulling a lawsuit against West as well. Civil rights attorney Lee Merritt, who represented Floyd’s family, said they are considering suing West for intentional infliction of emotional distress as a defamation lawsuit is not possible.

Candace Owens may also be named in the lawsuit.

There’s also a story from TMZ about how Kanye is supposedly blowing through massive amounts of money like nothing, and those around him are afraid he’s going to go broke. Well, if that’s true and Kanye keeps getting hit with lawsuits, he may have to make good on his threat to run for POTUS in 2024 so that he can gather up donation$$$ from his followers. His ex-BFF Trump taught him well!
