Brian Austin Green Tore Into His Ex, Vanessa Marcil, Over Things She Alleged About Custody Of Their Son
When Brian Austin Green isn’t appearing on “where careers go to die” shows like The Masked Singer and Dancing With The Stars, he’s keeping his name in the press with orchestrated pap shoots to announce a new child or messily airing out his issues with the mothers of his other children. This time, it’s his ex, Vanessa Marcil’s turn, with whom he shares a grown-ass son.
BAG–who only produces Y chromosomes and is under the impression that he must impregnate every woman he comes into contact with–also has three sons with ex, Megan Fox (who he also publicly called out in regards to co-parenting business), and an infant son with his current girlfriend, Sharna Burgess. via Us Weekly:
The Masked Singer alum and the former soap star [Vanessa], who split in 2003 after four years of dating, share son Kassius, 20. Green shares three sons — Noah, 10, Bodhi, 8, and Journey, 6, — with Fox, 36. Earlier this year, Green welcomed son Zane, now 3 months, with girlfriend Sharna Burgess. The Smallville alum and the Dancing With the Stars pro, 37, have been dating since late 2020.
But even though his hands should be full with his young, ever-growing brood, he recently made the time to respond to things Vanessa said on Instagram regarding custody and child support back in 2018, even though she’s dragged him even more recently than that.
Marcil, for her part, spoke out about the tension in November 2018, claiming that Green and his then-wife, Megan Fox, hadn’t seen Kassius in five years. “12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody(that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support,” the Las Vegas alum wrote via Instagram at the time. “They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000.”
The Daytime Emmy winner claimed she “never asked for child support of any kind,” adding that she “had never tried to take time away from Kass’ dad seeing him. Ever.”
Here’s Vanessa’s original post:
Enter Brian, four years late; which is probably the same as the combined amount of time his love interests’ periods have also been tardy before they realized that they’d been BAG-ed.
“I just heard that my ex was claiming I spent years taking her to court and asking for child support,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 49, wrote via his Instagram Story on Thursday, October 13. “How was I the Respondent then??? #factsisfacts #thetruthshallsetyoufree.”
The California native included a screenshot of court papers that seemed to show Marcil, 53, listed as the petitioner and Green as the respondent.
Here’s BAG’s Instagram Story response:
And he made sure to post a picture of him and Kassius working together recently for good measure:
Sassy hashtags? Clearly, he came to play. It’s no wonder Donna Martin didn’t want to knock Doc Martens with David Silver on 90210 back in the day; immediate impregnation and then 20 years of this public back-and-forth nonsense? No, thank you. I’m on the edge of my seat for whatever BAG has to say about Sharna and their co-parenting situation when he’s inevitably on a future season of The Surreal Life revival, and they’re no longer together.
