CoCo Defends Bathing Her Six-Year-Old Daughter In A Kitchen Sink

CoCo is no stranger to getting shamed and dragged on how she raises her and Ice-T’s six-year-old daughter, Chanel Nicole. And CoCo’s also quick to check a bitch who tries to reprimand how she performs her motherly duties. CoCo continues to dodge bullets with her explanations including breastfeeding Chanel way past the age it should stop to wearing swimwear inspired by the P-Valley collection at Walmart to waterparks while out with her kid. Now she’s facing backlash for using convenience over cleanliness while bathing little Chanel in their kitchen sink.

According to Page Six, CoCo has cracked the code of speedy parenting. In preparation for a Patrica Field fashion show, CoCo used her kitchen sink to give Chanel a quick bird bath. But whether we think it’s unsanitary or not, CoCo clearly doesn’t care. She posted a TikTok of herself and Chanel getting ready and my first thought was, “Perhaps if you put the damn phone down you could give her a bath in, oh I don’t know, the bathroom??

After CoCo decided to share that video with the world, she got shit for it, of course. And CoCo seemed surprised about that, for some reason, and let her haters know that she’s not like most mothers. She’s a cool an unconventional mom!

Wow just Wow! Here we go again!” the model wrote after catching backlash. “Giving my lil girl a bath in the sink went Viral? SMH!

“People, you gotta know by now that I’m an unconventional mother,” she continued. “I do what works and is easier on me. Some may want to take some pointers rather than rag on me!”

I’m going to assume that CoCo did this because it’s her turn to host Thanksgiving this year, and since her family now knows her kitchen doubles as a bathroom for quick game-time decisions, she’ll never have to worry about hosting guests again.
