Open Post: Hosted By The Woman Who Said She Went To Sleep With Her Window Open And Woke Up With A Cat In Her Bed
Yahoo reports that, a few nights ago, TikTok user @tbone319 claimed she fell asleep with her window open. The next morning, she woke up with a surprise cat on her chest. Her name is Callie, she’s a calico, and @tbone319 says she doesn’t belong to her. Bitch just saw an open window and thought, “Yeah. That’s my new home.” Hey, better than a serial killer!
@tbone319 posted a TikTok of the morning surprise, and, so far, it has almost 12 million views:

Five days later, and @tbone319 reported that Callie was still hanging out at this house. One user commented that the kitty looked like her lost cat Callie, and that’s when @tbone319 posted another video revealing Callie’s collar. The user responded; alas, that’s not their Callie. It’s one of the other million calicos named Callie:

Now, this is where it gets interesting (read: less fun). I was concerned for Callie’s real owner. Aren’t they worried? Is Callie lost? Has @tbone319 closed all the windows so she can’t get home? Listen… am I happy Callie is safe in her real home with this super cute dog? Yes. Am I annoyed that I’ve been bamboozled by the Internet for the zillionth time? Also yes. Both things can be true.
