Leonardo DiCaprio And Gigi Hadid Are Allegedly Still A Thing

The hot new couple everyone is talking about is Adam Levine and his 130 side-chicks Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid. Not long after 47-year-old Leo dumped that ancient hag Camila Morrone, age 25, he was linked to the even ancient-er Gigi, age 27. In early September, sources said Leo liked Gigi, but she wanted to keep things platonic. A week after that, the two were photographed together at a party, and insiders claimed they were “taking it slow.” Cut to this week, and a source tells People that Gigi and Leo “like each other and are having a good time.” Wow, each weekly update is more shocking than the last! We’re watching an extremely boring romantic comedy unfold before our very eyes.

People’s “film source” adds that Leo is “taken with Gigi.” “She is the type of woman he is usually attracted to.” Um, we know that’s not true. Leo likes them at least 6 years younger and sans baby. The insider adds that the pair have known each other casually for years:

“They sort of run in the same high profile circles and would see each other at events, clubs, restaurants and gatherings,” says the film source.

But there was never an opportunity to connect because they both were in relationships. The acquaintances only sparked after DiCaprio split from Morrone, and Hadid—who ended her rocky five-year romance with singer Zayn Malik in October 2021—caught his eye. “A smart and successful girl like Gigi would intrigue Leo,” says the film source.

HA! Yes, that’s what Leo looks for in women: a high IQ and career success. People’s so-called film insider continues to bullshit:

“Leo has not been out of his relationship with Camila long enough to jump headfirst into anything,” according to another insider, who doesn’t rule out a reunion. “I am not sure he is completely finished with Camila. That was a long romance.”

Ux Weekly has its own source whose take is very similar. They claim Leo has “always had a soft spot” for Gigi (awww, like a favorite niece!), and thinks she’s “beautiful”, but also “a wise and cool character who’s got a very cultured and educated take on life.” Educated? Gigi has a high school diploma from Malibu High. The insider claims the pair are “officially dating,” and all their mutual friends are happy to see them together, “even though it did catch a lot of them off guard.” They add that Leo liking a 27-year-old like Gigi is him finally growing up and slowing down:

“Leo plays it down but there’s no denying he does have a type, or he has until now,” the source explains, referring to the fact that Hadid is over the age of the actor’s past few flames. “But at almost 48 he’s mellowing out a lot more and dropping hints to his buddies that he’s way less interested in that playboy lifestyle.”

I love that Gigi is exactly 2 years older than Camila Morrone, and this source is acting like bitch is on the verge of menopause. Could this be the dawning of a whole new Leo?
