50 Cent Is Suing A Med Spa For Using His Photo To Suggest That He Had A Penile Enhancement

50 Cent has taken a break from making fun of his favorite Insta-punching bag, Madonna, and has set his sights on feuding with a surgeon at a med spa over a picture he took with her that ultimately ended up being used to accompany a story about the uptick in male enhancement procedures; the insinuation that he’s packing a reverse-Hamm and underwent surgery to enlarge it spurred him to file a lawsuit. Fitty insists that he wasn’t a client and just thought he was taking a pic with a fan, but the med spa says that 50 received an undisclosed service that wasn’t a penile enhancement and willingly took the picture for promotional purposes in lieu of payment.

TMZ says that 50 (born name: Curtis Jackson) claims he was under the impression that plastic surgeon, Angela Kogan, was just a random who wanted a pic, but Angela and her Miami business, Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, have used the photo on social media several times to promote their services since.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent says he took a pic with Dr. Kogan back in February 2020 because he thought she was a fan … and he says ever since, Kogan and her companies have used the photo to pimp their products.

Here are two examples of the alleged product pimpin’ (that have been deleted from Angela’s business page):

But what got 50 seeing red (he’s usually seeing green as he calls out those who owe him money) is when The Shade Room interviewed Dr. Kogan about the increase in male enhancement procedures and included the pic of her and Fif along with the story.

50 Cent claims it started off with Kogan and her companies using the photo on social media to promote the plastic surgery clinics, but he says things took a “disturbing” turn in August, when The Shade Room did a story with Kogan about the rise in male sexual enhancement procedures and used the pic.

The “In da Club” rapper says the image pops up any time the article is posted or shared online … and he claims the implication is he underwent a penis enhancement procedure.

Fofty wants the business to stop using the picture and to give him money (presumably by Monday, of course).

50 Cent says Kogan and MedSpa know he never went under the knife there, for a penis surgery or otherwise, and he wants them to stop sharing the photo, saying it’s exposing him to ridicule, damaging his professional and personal reputation and violating his right to control his name and image.

Fifty wants a court to step in and stop Kogan and MedSpa from falsely saying he’s their client and from sharing the photo … and he also wants money.

Dr. Kogan’s attorney, Darren Heitner, says that the fault lies with The Shade Room, not with Dr. Kogan or her establishment.

“Ms. Kogan’s policy is to not disclose the services that her clients receive, but she affirms that Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa never provided penile enhancement treatment to Mr. Jackson,” the attorney wrote. “She has never stated otherwise, either publicly or privately. Instead, Ms. Kogan merely thanked Mr. Jackson for stopping by Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa with social media posts published in February 2020.

Mr. Jackson was aware of the posts. He understood that he received the benefit of services from Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in exchange for taking the photograph with Ms. Kogan and providing Ms. Kogan and her business with the right to publish what was captured.

Finally, Ms. Kogan never insinuated that she or her business provided a penile enhancement treatment to Mr. Jackson. Our clients did not take a single action to cause any damage to Mr. Jackson’s professional or personal reputation and will vigorously defend against the frivolous claims that have been publicly filed against them and their thriving business.”

The Shade Room has scrubbed the photo and story from their site and socials, but here’s the story teaser that accompanied the pic of 50 and Angela:

And in true 50 fashion, he posted about it on Instagram:

Anyone familiar with 50 Cent should know that you don’t mess with his money, his tossed salad, or his TV shows; so we can also add his penis size to that list. It’s probably a positive that both he and the surgeon agree that he didn’t have his dick lengthened, or all of us would have had to live through another “wardrobe malfunction” moment during his Super Bowl Halftime show performance as his dong slipped out of his pants and slapped him in the face as he hung upside-down like an engorged bat.
