Diana Jenkins Of “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Sued The Racist Bots Who Cyberbullied Garcelle Beauvais’ Son Because She Was Accused Of The Attacks

Before we dive into this drama, let’s make one thing clear: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Diana Jenkins is one of the most infuriating people I’ve ever had the displeasure of watching on my television. She’s a rude, entitled, indignant dimwit whose ego is bigger than those puffed-up lips she’s constantly wetting with her darting lizard tongue. And the worst sin of all? Boring. Last week, Diana was threatening to sue a bunch of gossip websites over rumors that she used to be a Jeffrey Epstein-connected Hollywood madam. Yesterday, she actually filed a lawsuit, but for a completely unrelated reason: a couple of weeks ago, Garcelle Beauvais’ 14-year-old son, Jax, was harassed on Instagram by a bunch of racist trolls. Upon further inspection, these trolls were revealed to be bots. Clearly, someone had purchased the bots to go after Garcelle and her family. Bravo fans speculated that Diana was behind the attack, because some of the comments said shit like “Tell your mom to leave Diana alone or you’ll deal with us.” Now Diana is suing the bots for ruining her once sterling reputation.

Page Six reports:

“Dozens, if not hundreds, of people have posted messages attacking Ms. Jenkins for an act that she never took,” Jenkins’ lawyers said in the lawsuit, obtained by Page Six. “This action is the only way Ms. Jenkins has to fight back against the anonymous coward who decided to put her reputation, livelihood and life in jeopardy.”

Diana claims to have been forced to hire 24/7 security because she was receiving death threats from Housewives fans. The suit continues:

Jenkin’s lawsuit states her goal is to “unmask and hold accountable the morally bankrupt person who has attacked a child and placed blame for his/her actions on Ms. Jenkins.”

Since the identity of the “bots” is unknown, the defendant is named as John Doe in the lawsuit. According to a press release obtained by Page Six, Jenkins’ attorneys intend to request subpoenas from Meta, the parent company of Instagram, to “obtain information that could be used to identify those persons who orchestrated the act.”

Yesterday, Diana posted about the lawsuit on Instagram:

Here’s a taste of the cyberbullying that poor Jax was being exposed to:

Here was Bravo’s official statement on the matter, which all the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, including Diana, reposted:

So, that’s the Bots Lawsuit Drama. But wait, there’s more Diana news (sigh). Earlier in the week, Lip-Licker donated $100,000 to the victims of Tom Girardi, the crooked lawyer husband of Erika Girardi. In theory, this seems like a good deed. BUT WAIT. It’s actually a passive-aggressive dig at her fellow Housewives. You see, on the latest RHOBH episode, Garcelle and Crystal Kung-Minkhoff confronted Erika about those $750,000 diamond earrings she was refusing to hand over to a bankruptcy trustee. Tom gave Erika the earrings as a gift in 2007. A couple of months ago, a judge determined that this gift was purchased using stolen money from clients, so Erika had to say bye-bye to her blood diamonds. The case had been going on for months, and this RHOBH episode was shot when it was first making headlines in January.

Crystal and Garcelle’s whole thing was: just give the earrings up. It’s the right thing to do. The money will go to Tom’s victims. Erika’s whole thing was: I’ll let the judge decide, I’m innocent, handing the diamond earrings over would be an admission of guilt on my part. She also questioned if the victims were even telling the truth (the widows and orphans?!), then proceeded to scream shit like,  “You want to be on the side of the victims because you think it’s cool,” and “I don’t give a fuck about anybody else but me!”

Erika has completely missed Crystal and Garcelle’s point because, unfortunately, God ran out of empathy on the day he made her. It’s not about “looking guilty,” it’s the principle of the thing. Giving back the earrings is the right thing to do! Guess who else missed the point? Diana. She said that if Garcelle and Crystal were so concerned about Tom’s victims, why didn’t they donate their own money to help them? So, this week, she donated the $100k. A source tells Page Six:

“This isn’t a dig at Erika,” a source close to Jenkins, 49, exclusively tells Page Six.

“It’s actually meant to send a message to the cast members who have expressed support for Tom’s alleged victims, but never seem to do anything to help them.”

The insider continues,“Diana now wonders, ‘Well, if you feel so bad for the victims, what are you doing to help?’” Here’s her post about the donation:

Sigh. OK. In other Diana news (I promise it’s the last headline), today they’re filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, and word on the street is Diana didn’t show up. She Zoomed in! TMZ says it’s because she tested positive for COVID. OK, sure. But let’s say, hypothetically (don’t sue us, Diana), that the COVID thing is bullshit. Not showing up to the reunion is a massive Housewives faux-pas, and it usually means the cast member is going to get fired (or quit before she gets fired to save face). This means that this may (hopefully) be the last post you’ll ever see about Lip-Licker.
