Diana Jenkins Of “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Denies Rumors Of Being A Madam And Is Threatening To Sue Over It

This season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been nuts, to say the least. Aside from its usual fuckery, the continued downfall of Erika Jayne is no longer its biggest story arc. Because after they introduced socialite/philanthropist Diana Jenkins, the mystery about her background drew immediate attention. And one of the things surrounding Diana’s story is that she’s allegedly an international madam. If you’re a regular reader of blind item sites or forums, then you knew long before she was on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that Diana was accused of running a prostitution ring where she sometimes connected Hollywood starlets with ultra-rich men. It was brought up during the show, and Diana gave a very awkward response while somehow licking her entire face (she does it a lot and it’s creepy as hell). Now Diana is telling anyone who spews this rumor about her again to either shut up or get shut down in court.

According to TMZ Diana has fired off a slew of cease and desist orders to a bunch of websites, including Jezebel and the OG blind item site Crazy Days And Nights. Diana has denied the allegations before, but now she’s prepared to take legal action against anyone who dares defame her name. In a series of eight cease and desist letters, Diana is basically letting everyone know she does not sell people for profit and wants to make a particular example out Crazy Days And Nights’ founder who goes by Enty Lawyer. Diana, with the assistance of her own lawyer J. Erik Connolly, reached out to Enty seeking, not only a retraction of these allegations, but also an apology.

The attorneys write, “You have put yourself in a precarious and potentially ruinous position. Perhaps you believe that a ‘get out of jail’ card exists if you can persuade a court or jury that your statements about Ms. Jenkins and her companies are ‘pure opinion.'”

They add, “That is not going to happen. You have held yourself out as someone that your audience can and should rely upon for uncovering facts. That is how you have built a following and a brand. That is why you have used the term ‘lawyer’ as part of your handle. You do not promote yourself as a purveyor of ‘make believe.’ You have branded yourself as something else for purposes of self-promotion and enrichment. Those facts foreclose the ‘pure opinion’ defense.”

Enty has suggested Diana’s deep ties to Jeffrey Epstein as proof of the allegations as well as a 2009 coffee table book called Room 23, which features celebrities such as RHOBH co-star Lisa Rinna in very provocative photos.

Diana hasn’t actually filed any lawsuits yet, but I hope she does soon because I’m seeing the new trend over at Bravo now. These current seasons have been rife with so much alleged criminal activity that soon they’ll need to start a new franchise called The Real Housewives of Cell Block C.
