Charlie Sheen Just Settled His HIV Lawsuit From 2017

Infamous Lothario, Charlie Sheen (seen here holding up the number of sexual partners he’s had in the amount of time it took you to read the title), just settled a lawsuit from June 2017 in which an ex-girlfriend accused him of knowingly exposing her to HIV by not disclosing his positive status despite him being aware of it since 2011. Charlie settled with the plaintiff, named in documents as “Jane Doe,” and will be doing the opposite of “winningggg” by paying her $120,000, according to Page Six.

Jane Doe” began a sexual relationship with him back in September 2015 that started with condoms and quickly evolved to bareback riding. Jane says that she asked Charlie if he had any STDs, and he denied it.

He allegedly used a condom at first but as of Oct. 26, 2015, transitioned into having unprotected sex with the woman, who is characterized in the legal filings as a “Russian émigré.” Prior to the skin-to-skin liaison, he had assured her he was “‘fine’” when she asked him whether he had any sexually transmitted diseases.

However, following the act, he confessed to her that he was, in fact, HIV positive — something that he had known since 2011 — and allegedly gave her pills to protect her from contracting the virus.

But then Charlie Charlied, asserting that he was “noble” for even telling her at all as it was “none of her fucking business” before going on to criticize modern medicine.

She allegedly proceeded to seek out further preventative care at an emergency clinic before confronting him about his actions a few days later. In the argument, he supposedly described himself as “‘noble’” for informing her about his HIV status in the first place, adding that he hadn’t told her prior to their having unprotected sex because it was “‘none of her f–king business.’”

He allegedly continued on to rant about how the anti-viral meds weren’t necessary and were part of “’the convenient rumors of the medical community.’”

But, it literally was “fucking business,” so he obviously should have disclosed that he had HIV before fucking her. Charlie came out publicly with his diagnosis when he announced it on The Today Show a few weeks after his encounters with Jane Doe, for the totally “noble” reason being that he was tired of paying hordes of women hush money to keep it quiet.

The whole alleged incident supposedly took place mere weeks before the “Two and a Half Men” star came out to the public about his having contracted the disease, as he disclosed his HIV status to Matt Lauer on the “Today” show in November 2015.

It requires specification that this lawsuit was the 2017 one because as we know, it’s not the first time that Charlie has been sued for similar circumstances. His ex-fiancée, Brett Rossi (born name: Scottine Ross) also sued him for failing to tell her about his HIV. It was only after she found his medications that he came clean.

In December 2015, Sheen’s ex-fiancée, Scottine Ross, filed another suit alleging the actor had committed assault and battery against her in the course of their relationship — with the lawsuit detailing a number of horrific instances of his alleged treatment of her — all in addition to his failure to disclose his HIV status to the model and pornographic actress, who was 24 at the outset of their roughly yearlong relationship.

And then a report came out in 2016 that alleged that Charlie knowingly exposed at least 25 other women to the virus.

It eventually came out in 2016 that Sheen had knowingly exposed at least 25 sexual partners to HIV after declining to inform them that he was a carrier of the virus. Attempting to defend his actions, he argued at the time that he hadn’t had unprotected sex during the encounters in question.

At that time, he said that sometimes he kept quiet because “the only times I didn’t tell them was because the last 25 times they used it against me and used my medical condition for their own folly and financial gain.” But Charlie owed child support, and taxes, and child support and then cried poverty because of the taxes, so it’s presumptuous of him to think that anyone was having risky sex with him for plotted money grabs.

Charlie should maybe hang up his penis for a bit and focus on working and not getting sued so he can pay back Denise Richards and Uncle Sam. After all of this, it’d be refreshing if his intention in his recent quest to keep his daughter, Sami Sheen, off of OnlyFans is to keep her away from men who treat women like he has for pretty much as long as he’s been in the public eye, but decency doesn’t seem to be in his (tiger) blood.
