Kevin Federline’s Lawyer Suggests That Britney Spears’ Kids Are Team Jamie Spears

Kevin Federline‘s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has spoken against Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari’s response to Kevin’s interview where he talked about their sons. Mark Vincent Kaplan claims that Britney and Kevin’s sons are in fact more interested in seeing their grandfather Jamie Spears–who allegedly went ballistic on them and is currently legally restrained from seeing them–than speaking to their mom.

Previously, Kevin said that his sons with Britney, 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James, were off-put by her almost-naked Instagram feed and chose not to go to her wedding to Sam Asghari. Britney has been all over Instagram with her tittays on display(ish) ever since being freed from her 13-year conservatorship and apparently, the boys are not vibing with their mom nude online. Shocking! Sam and Britney both snapped back at Kevin and now it’s time for the snap back to the snap back, and his lawyer. Mark says that Sam actually doesn’t know what he’s talking about when he suggested that Kevin doesn’t have a job and lives off Britney, via TMZ:

K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, responded to Britney and new husband Sam Asghari’s weekend attack on Kevin, telling a photog outside Craig’s in WeHo Sam doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.

Britney’s ex claims their two kids, 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James, are avoiding their mom on purpose … and Kaplan says the family member they really miss is their grandfather Jamie.

Kaplan says Britney should appreciate how much time Kevin logs being a parent and refutes the notion K-Fed is out of work, though he doesn’t say what his job is outside of being a full-time dad.

While Kaplan says Sam just doesn’t know Kevin well enough to attack him, he says K-Fed understands Sam is Britney’s new hubby, which means Sam is not going to take a position against her.

On top of taking care of Sean and Jayden, Kevin also has two young daughters with his wife Victoria Prince. His children with Shar Jackson are already grown.

Here’s Mark’s response that was posted by a Kevin Federline stan account (and yes, we’re living in a world where a Kevin Federline stan account exists in 2022):

Meanwhile, Sam Asghari continues to be a Real Man™ and is showing not only respect to Britney and her choices, but also to her sons by factually and accurately assessing the situation as just teenage boys reacting to their mother’s reaction to her newfound freedom. Muscles and critical thinking skills? Britney finally has a winner, y’all! Sam wrote in an Instagram story:

“Even if there was truth to her kids being ashamed of their mother’s choices and positive body image they wouldn’t be the 1st teenagers embarrassed of their parents at one point. The mere presence of a parent can humiliate a teenager. It’s so common it has been a storyline used over and over on TV and in films for decades. Eventually, if not already, they will realize their mother’s choices are harmless and an expression of newly found freedom. There is nothing to be embarrassed about just lots of things to be proud of.”

Daphne Barak, who did Kevin’s interview, said that they have decided to not air the entire interview because what’s in it is “too hurtful.” Okay, but if Kevin really wants to protect his kids, he would make sure that his music videos weren’t still available on YouTube. Hell, that would protect all the children of the world!
