Kim Kardashian And Pete Davidson Are Over, As Khloe Kardashian And Tristan Thompson’s Second Child Is Born

Friends and well-wishers, we are gathered here today to mourn the loss of our most dearly departed: Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s 9-month relationship. Their love has shuffled off this mortal coil, and we must now morosely accept that Pete will never tattoo his and Kim’s wedding date on his body. Although the Kardashians will be grieving the end of Kim’s relationship, they will also be celebrating the birth of a new storyline: Khloe Kardashian‘s new baby with ex Tristan Thompson! As it is written in the good book (a.k.a Hulu’s The Kardashians’ script), Kris giveth and Kris taketh away!

Pete and Kim’s romance was brought into this world in the fall of 2021 on the set of Saturday Night Live. He, a humble comedian, and she, a newly single working mother. After a spooky ride at Knott’s Berry Farm and multiple romantic dinners in the fairytale land of Staten Island, the two declared to the world and any nearby paparazzi that they were officially a couple. With the approval of Kim’s mother Kris Jenner, the world could finally rejoice for true love actually existed! But all was not well in Hollywood, as Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West threatened Pete with ass-kickings and other physical violence through the medium of rap. Pete rose to the occasion and defended his lady love by taunting her former lover and saying that he was in bed with Kim. Despite the multiple sabotage attempts, Kim and Pete weathered the storm and stayed strong, with Pete even going so far as meeting her kids and finding some space on his body for Kim-related tattoos.  That is until the relationship met its untimely end this past week. An insider tells us the pair called it quits earlier this week after nine months of dating.

“Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends,” a source close to Kardashian shares.

“They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”

Another source also tells us that the duo’s age difference contributed to the decision.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum, 28, has been spending much of his time working on a movie in Australia, while the 41-year-old mom of four has been juggling her businesses and co-parenting with ex-husband Kanye West in Los Angeles.

Although ever-present throughout their relationship, it is reported that Kanye had nothing to do with the breakup. Whether it be the long distance, age difference, or that Kris decided not to renew Pete’s contract, one thing is certain: news about every moment of their authentic love story will be deeply missed. No memorial service has been scheduled, but we can reminisce about the short-lived romance on Season 2 of The Kardashians where Pete will make a brief and classy appearance. And Kris was extra busy yesterday because soon after the world found out that true love is dead, the news that another Kardashian is upon us hit. Khloé Kardashian and her ex Tristan Thompson have welcomed their second child together, a baby boy, a rep for the reality star exclusively confirms to Page Six.

“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” Kardashian’s rep told Page Six at the time.
