Ioan Gruffudd Was Granted A Three-Year Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife Alice Evans
When we last posted about the divorce fight that is messier than a broken Porta-Potty at an overcrowded prune festival (no, I’m not talking about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce fight, this time), Ioan Gruffudd had filed for joint custody of his two daughters with Alice Evans, 12-year-old Ella and 8-year-old Elsie, and also submitted more evidence to the court of her unhinged ways. Like Ioan alleged that Alice regularly verbally abused him during their 14-year marriage, including in front of their daughters, and once said that he should get his eyes checked at the gynecologist since he has “saggy vagina eyes.” Well, their custody situation hasn’t been worked out yet (I’m sure lawyers are putting on riot gear in preparation for that fight), but Ioan did get a win in court yesterday. The judge made Ioan’s temporary domestic abuse restraining order against Alice much less temporary. Ioan was granted a three-year restraining order against Alice and now she’s been forbidden from talking trash about him or his girlfriend Bianca Wallace on social media. So that repeated tapping sound you hear is Alice’s typing fingers of rage furiously shaking because it’s been more than 5 minutes since she’s gotten her fix of blasting her ex on social media.
Since Alice announced on social media in January 2021 that Ioan cruelly dumped her, it’s been a steady stream of messiness from her. She’s gone from sometimes working actress to full-time dirty laundry airer by telling us all the ways that Ioan was shit to her including the allegation that he cheated on her for three years with Bianca Wallace. Alice also accused him of abandoning their daughters by not seeing them for a year and not providing for them financially, leaving her without money to pay bills and buy groceries. (Alice is trying to get money through a GoFundMe she launched and she’s around $5,200 toward her $25,000 goal). Ioan has fought back saying that Alice is the one using their daughters as a weapon against him and is trying to turn them on him.
So because Alice continues to spend her days raging at Ioan both on-and-off social media, he filed for a temporary restraining order against her in February and shared more fucked-up texts she sent him. But Ioan says that even after Alice was hit with a temporary restraining order, she kept on, kept on. A little over two weeks ago, Alice posted an Instagram video of her tearfully going through Ioan’s joint custody documents, which alleged that she’s got a booze problem. The same day she posted that video, she decided to post an alleged text message from Ioan to one of their daughters.
Because Alice continues to be the Energizer Bunny’s dysfunctional human cousin with her non-stop dragging of Ioan, he filed for a permanent restraining order against her, and this time, he asked the judge to put a muzzle on her fingers to keep her from posting his texts to the world and shitting all over him on social media. The judge saw the evidence and granted Ioan’s wish. via The Daily Mail:
Ioan was in attendance inside the LA court to witness the Domestic Violence Restraining Order granted, but Alice did not appear. In new court documents, Ioan claimed Alice continued to cause him issues and wanted additional provisions added to the existing restraining order. He demanded Alice should not make any posts on any social media account, ‘including but not limited to Instagram and Twitter accounts, disparaging or harassing [Ioan] or the other protected person.’
The other person is listed as Ioan’s new girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, who he started dating shortly after their split. Plus, he requested Alice not to post his text messages or any other communications to the parties’ children, or the children’s text messages or any other communications to Ioan, on any social media account.
He also asked for the judge to order Alice not to contact his employer or make disparaging statements about him to his employers.
So this means that Alice can only legally talk shit about Ioan to her friends and family. Why do I have a feeling that her friends’ ears are about to file a restraining order against her too? And I guess we’ll see whether Alice actually restrains herself or if she breaks the order, ending up in jail to annoy the other jailers by frothing at the mouth about Ioan to them. But Alice may find a way around this restraining order. I mean, at this very second, she might be putting together another GoFundMe so she can rent a plane to write “IOAN GRUFFUD IS A PIECE OF SHIT” in the sky every day.
