Open Post: Hosted By Donald Glover Working A Pair Of Shorty Shorts In NYC

July 25, 2022 / Posted by:

There has been a resurgence of men wearing teeny, tiny pieces of fabric around their legs that have been referred to as Hoochie Daddy shorts. Honestly, they’re coochie cutters from the and they’ve been shunned for decades. However, in this oppressive heat, I guess men need some sort of relief too. But not every dude can pull the Hoochie Daddy shorts off (pun intended). That is, unless you’re Donald Glover. Because he’s giving a free Master Class in how to serve legs, hips, and BODY as he strolls through New York City during this sweltering heat by challenging the actual Sun to see who’s really the hottest.

The Daily Mail reports a rare Donald Glover sighting and his attire seemed more fitting for a Fire Island beach party than a day of running errands in SoHo. I’m not sure why he left the cool comfort of an air-conditioned home, but honestly, I don’t care. There’s a half-naked man running through the streets of New York City and that’s all that really matters, right?

Donald Glover showed off his athletic physique while stepping out shirtless in a pair of yellow shorts and a matching bucket hat in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.

In an effort to battle the extreme heatwave that’s been hitting New York City for the past week with over 100-degree weather, the actor, 38, wore lightweight bottoms, which displayed his muscular legs, and no other clothing.

He completed his funky outfit with a black crossbody bag, several gold necklaces, black shades and a pair of bright yellow sneakers.

Honestly,  you don’t fool us, Donald! With the upcoming final season of Atlanta set for September, this must be his own way of promoting the show. And I for one am not mad at his approach. In fact, I think he should spend the rest of the summer running around like this with the words “Atlanta on FX” written across every pair of provocative shorts he owns. Viewership would increase immediately.
