Lady Gaga Appeared To Be Protected From A Thrown Object By An Invisible Shield On Stage
Lady Gaga is a mystical being who over the years has seemed to possess an invisible force field that blocks lots of things–like House of Gucci Oscars, Heidi Montag being able to secure a career in the music industry, and having to make small talk with Caitlyn Jenner at their local Starby’s. This week though, it looks like she had an actual invisible shield constructed on stage at her Chromatica Ball show in Dusseldorf. Video from the show went viral after it showed an object that a fan hurled toward the stage at “Mother Monster” quickly bouncing backwards as it approached, much like Madonna probably would if she were about to walk into a room where Born This Way was playing.
BuzzFeed reported that fans have been anxiously awaiting the delayed tour, and on top of the usual excitement surrounding her complex choreo, sangin’, set design, and costumes, Gaga now has some people baffled as to how she was able to seamlessly block a flying object.
[Lady Gaga] returned to the stage this week for her long-delayed Chromatica Ball. The show seems amazing, and is receiving rave reviews. And she’s going viral after a fan threw something at her onstage, and she rejected it with a seemingly invisible force field??!!?!!

This video shows that back in 2014, she was of the attitude to “let those gifts Rain on Me,” but now she must be running out of space in her mansions for stuffed monsters and fan art, and this sorcery was the solution to not have to find a place to stash stuff nor get whacked in the mouth by a heart balloon while you’re trying to sing a song that you have to pretend wasn’t tainted by R. First and foremost if Gaga’s not going to share the technology with anyone else, she needs to at least provide her new dog walker with one so when her Frenchies have to take a shit, no one needs to worry about it. But, this could have so many practical everyday uses for us average humans! Don’t want to look like an asshole by pushing the “close doors” button on the elevator, but also don’t want “100 people” to get on with you? Boom. Slide up that invisible shield to repel them.
