Ioan Gruffudd Filed For Joint Custody Of His Children With Alice Evans, And Claimed That She Once Said He Had “Saggy-Vagina Eyes”

Butthole eyes are so 2018. This year, being told you have saggy-vagina eyes is where it’s at! Back in February when we last checked in with Alice Evans, the reigning Queen of MESS (January 2021– present), she had filed for both physical and legal custody of her and her estranged husband Ioan Gruffudd’s two children, Elsie and Ella, aged 8 and 12, with Ioan to receive only visitation rights. Earlier that week, Ioan had filed a restraining order in which he accused Alice of verbal abuse, lying about him on the internet and to their children, and sending him “hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening communications by text, voice message, video message.” Now, according to The Mirror, Ioan is also filing for joint custody, and has accused Alice of undermining him in front of their girls, in part, by making fun of his hair loss and telling him he had “saggy-vagina eyes.” Which, to be honest, is a fun insult, but certainly isn’t appropriate for young ears. What? Was wrinkly elbow eyes taken?

According to The Mirror:

Ioan Gruffudd has claimed estranged wife Alice Evans brutally mocked his appearance in a request for joint custody of their daughters.

The actor, 48, filed the request in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday last week – months after Alice, 53, filed for sole custody of daughters Elsie, eight, and Ella, 12.

In the filing, Ioan recalled details of his 14-year marriage with the 102 Dalmatians actress, alleging that Alice had been verbally abusive.

Detailing his version of events, he went on to claim she “undermined [him] in front of the girls throughout their lives” – including poking fun at his appearance.

“Alice made fun of my appearance often, making hair-loss comments and telling me I had ‘saggy-vagina eyes,'” the court papers read.

It would be funnier if this situation wasn’t so damn toxic for these poor kids. Ioan claims that Alice has been “purposely trying to cut communication between himself and their children,” and that he hasn’t been able to see his eldest daughter in over a year. More so, he claims that Alice’s unhinged social media posts, in which she has accused him of abandoning his family, are being seen by his daughters and affirmed by their mom.

Ioan alleged in court documents, obtained by MailOnline, Alice verbally abused him throughout their 14-year marriage and shared his heartache that he hasn’t seen his eldest daughter since last July.

He reportedly claimed: “Since I moved out of the family residence in January 2021, Alice has inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them.

“Alice has verbally abused me in front of the girls throughout their lives”.

He alleged in the court documents: “To this day, Alice continues to post false and misleading statements about me on social media. Alice has stated repeatedly that I want nothing to do with the girls, I refused to see them and I abandoned them.

“Alice posted she fears she and the children would starve and become homeless because I refuse to contribute to their financial support.

In his filing, Ioan says that Alice has “inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them,” and is requesting that they attend therapy. Which is where I’m going to have to head to after reading this. via The Daily Mail: 

In a video before the former couple’s separation in January 2021, which Gruffudd presented as evidence in the filing, Evans allegedly told Ella she would be ‘getting a new daddy.’

‘In a FaceTime I had with the girls on March 3, Ella said Alice falsely told her that I wanted Alice to commit suicide, and that Ella probably would not have a mummy anymore,’ Gruffudd wrote in the petition.

‘Ella told me, “Daddy, this is making me very sad,” and, “if I don’t agree with her, apparently I am a bad daughter.”

And in case you’re wondering if this new filing has persuaded Alice to put down her phone and close her crazy ass nipple eyes for a minute, you obviously don’t have nipple eyes. They are impossible to close!

Sadly, Alice’s nipple eyes are permanently fixed on The Daily Mail.
