Armie Hammer Has Reportedly Been Giving Tours And Helping Out At A Timeshare Resort

Armie Hammer–who fell from grace after several abuse allegations–may have found new work. TMZ says Armie has been spotted at a Cayman Islands and there was a flyer going around claiming that he was working as a concierge, but that was shot down as bunk by Armie’s rep. But Armie may be helping out at a timeshare resort. And there are no cameras, this isn’t him filming the first half of some Jennifer Lopez romantic comedy he can get fired from again.
Armie and his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, were holed up in the Cayman Islands during the COVID quarantine and according to her Instagram, it seems like she’s still there with her and Armie’s two children. Also, over in the US, Discovery+ is making a true-crime documentary all about his family which is basically a follow-up to Vanity Fair‘s exposé on them. It included: Armie’s great-great-grandfather going to prison, Armie’s great grandfather, oil tycoon Armand Hammer, allegedly bribing his way into the oil business, Armie’s grandfather allegedly murdering a man and making it go away, and, of course–lots of kinky sex parties. The series will also definitely touch on Armie’s sexual abuse allegations that got him investigated by the LAPD.
So Armie’s in the Caymans avoiding all that and I guess would want you to believe he needs some money coming in. Armie was spotted at a resort and witnesses say he was giving timeshare tours. via TMZ:
This photo shows the actor in a light blue polo and blue pants, looking very much like a staffer as he walks into one of the resort offices.
Now, according to a timeshare resident … Armie’s been in the office several hours a day, and is often seen going outside for smoking breaks.
You might have heard about the flyer that popped up on Twitter Wednesday — it has Armie’s face and says he’s a “personal concierge” to incoming tourists.
AH has laughed off the flyer and says it’s not legit.
While that might be, the witness claims he did show at least one family around a timeshare on the resort property. TMZ’s also confirmed Armie has a friend who works at the resort — so, it’s possible he’s just helping out a buddy, or simply doing something to fill his time.
The things you have to do for a complimentary boat ride. First, you gotta sit through a 12-hour timeshare presentation, and then you have to stomach Armie Hammer giving you a tour! Here’s Armie in uniform:

And here’s the fake flyer that lists Armie as a “concierge”:
Despite what you may have seen on Twitter, Armie Hammer isn't working as a hotel concierge in the Caymans.
A hotel staffer spoke to Variety over the phone on Wednesday afternoon, and says this all boils down to a prank.

A rep for Armie tells TMZ that he does “hang out” at the resort and has a friend there but as for showing around timeshares to potential buyers? The rep says he reached out to Armie and did not hear back. But I’m confused by the whole thing. Yes, Vanity Fair reported that Armie Hammer is broke and needs money, but this is not a good business move on the timeshare’s part because if Armie Hammer came up to me and said, “Hello, I will be your tour guide, now let’s go into a timeshare condo together alone,” I’d protectively grab onto my ribs and run.
