Elon Musk’s Transgender Daughter Wants To Legally Change Her Name To Distance Herself From Her “Biological Father In Any Way, Shape Or Form”
Welp, looks like at least one of Elon Musk‘s children likes him as much as I do: Not at all. NBC News says that one of Elon’s eldest twins has filed legal documents to not only recognize her gender identity as female but also to cut ties to her father. She no longer wants to be a Musk. Vivian Jenna Wilson says in legal documents that she no longer wants to be “related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.” So he and Grimes are over, and now one of his kids vocally hates him? No wonder Elon wants to go to Mars so badly–no one on this planet who’s close to him can tolerate his presence.
Elon has seven children. His eldest, twins Griffin and Vivian, are now 18 years old, and he also has 16-year-old triplets: Damien, Saxon, and Kai. Elon shares all five children with his first wife Justine Wilson, who divorced him in 2008. Elon also has two children with Grimes–Axe Body Spray 18 (real legal name: X Æ A-12) and Extra Extra Read All About Space (real legal name: Exa Dark Sideræl). Well, one of those seven kids has asked for a name change, and it shockingly wasn’t either of the last two–but they’re still only babies so we’ll see what happens down the line.
Vivian has come into her identity as a trans-woman and filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court back in April to change her name and cut ties with her father, via NBC News:
Elon Musk’s transgender daughter has filed a request to change her name in accordance with her new gender identity because “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”
The petition for both a name change and a new birth certificate reflecting her new gender identity was filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica in April. It came to light recently in some online media reports.
The former Xavier Alexander Musk, who recently turned 18, the age of consent in California, has asked the court to change her gender recognition from male to female and to register her new name, according to court documents available online through PlainSite.org.
TMZ says that the hearing for the name change is this coming Friday. If you’re wondering why Vivian may want to distance herself from her father, in 2020 he Tweeted that “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare,” and recently he came out as “leaning” in support of anti-trans Republican, Ron DeSantis for President–who, in Florida, has made it legal to check children’s genitals to weed out the trans-danger. So… sounds like a fun dad to have!
This won’t be the last time one of Elon’s children files to change their name–I guarantee it. As soon as XCX 17 turns 18, that child is going straight to court to become “Ryan.”
