Britney Spears Issued A Restraining Order Against Her Ex-Husband After He Tried To Crash Her Wedding

After many MANY hints that she wished to make an honest man out of Sam Asghari, Britney Spears finally married her beau. It was a special day for the two, filled with joy, happiness, and hopefully a Frapp or two. However, a certain ex-husband was none too pleased with the nuptials. No, not K-Fed. Mr. Popozao expressed that he and their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were “happy” for Britney. The angry ex was Jason Alexander, Britney’s first husband, and childhood friend. He made his displeasure very known by crashing the party! The other Jason Alexander must be wondering why his Google Alerts are going crazy. He’ll have to adjust his settings to exclude “Britney ” and “crazy ex”!

Jason and Britney were married long ago in January 2004, but the quickie wedding was annulled only a short time later (55 hours to be exact). Although it’s been nearly 20 years, apparently Jason still holds a torch for the pop star. He livestreamed his attempt to ambush Britney’s big day and actually managed to get into the house (!) but was eventually apprehended by security. He claimed Britney HERSELF had invited him, but it looks like the RSVP got lost in the mail. Damn you, USPS! Jason’s effort to recreate the end of a bad romcom has only led to him sitting in jail and facing a restraining order from his “first and only wife.” According to Page Six:

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari were granted a restraining order against her ex-husband Jason Alexander after he attempted to crash the newlyweds’ wedding Thursday, Page Six has learned.

“Fortunately, Alexander is incarcerated and under an emergency protective order,” Spears’ attorney Matthew Rosengart tells us.

“I want to thank Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, Detective Ken Michaelson and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their prompt and good work and look forward to working with law enforcement to ensure Alexander is aggressively prosecuted and hopefully convicted, as he should be.”

The former federal prosecutor adds, “This was an outrageous security breach, which I am livid about, but fortunately Britney is safe, and she was a stunning and happy bride.”

Alexander, 40, is ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Spears, 40, Asghari, 28, and her estate in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

According to a copy of the order obtained by Page Six, the Louisiana native has “continuously trespassed” on the pop icon’s property and had been advised Thursday that he was “not welcomed.”

He was allegedly armed with a knife when he entered Spears’ home on her big day, the report also states.

Dude had a knife and has “continuously trespassed” on Britney’s property?!? That’s pretty scary. Jason has had a spotty history with law enforcement for some time. He’s been arrested in the past for stalking, driving under the influence, and violating security protocol at the airport. He also has a warrant out on him for grand theft. Now with this little stunt, he can add trespassing, vandalism, and battery to his rap sheet. I’m surprised Brit Brit hadn’t issued a restraining order earlier considering his background. Yeesh. This is all a bit messy and sad, so here’s the highlight reel from Britney’s wedding:

Nothing says fairytale like a Cinderella carriage led by a show pony with golden tinted hooves. Now that the big celebration is over, I wonder where the honeymoon will be. If it doesn’t include somewhere with a nude beach you can probably count it off the list!
