Rob Kardashian ALMOST Settled His Revenge Porn Lawsuit With Blac Chyna

America’s former sweethearts Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have had one hell of a roller-coaster affair. Back when Chyna had somewhat of a shot at receiving injection discounts under the Kardashian family plan, she and Rob touted their phony love on the horribly produced series Rob & Chyna. Ultimately their love crumbled to ash and scattered into the winds of time, causing many fights which eventually turned into a lawsuit for revenge porn. And just as they were beginning to come to a settlement with this lawsuit Rob claims Chyna is trying to back out of their original agreement. However, this was probably one time when Rob should have kept quiet because Chyna’s legal team is accusing him of violating California law by discussing the case with the media.

According to Complex Rob is ready to put this entire ordeal behind him and agree to whatever terms Chyna wants in order to move on. Initially, Chyna agreed to drop the lawsuit if Rob agreed to help her out with another lawsuit they’re both named in. Back in 2017 one of Chyna’s exes, Pilot Jones, accused both Rob and Chyna of alleged cyberbullying, including outing his sexuality which caused him to be threatened online. As a part of the revenge porn lawsuit being dropped, Chyna asked Rob to help her get out of paying any legal fees for the Jones lawsuit, which Rob agreed to. But NOW, Chyna is trying to move forward with the lawsuit anyway, and Rob’s legal team is calling her out for all of her scandal and lies.

“At best, Chyna’s belated repudiation of the parties’ settlement agreement is a strategy to exact monies from Rob at the eleventh hour,” Melissa Lerner, an attorney for Kardashian, wrote in an affidavit, per Page Six. “At worst, it is a tactic deliberately intended to interfere with Rob’s preparation for trial and prejudice his ability to fully and fairly present his defense. Such outrageous conduct should not be counseled.”

However, Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, immediately clapped back by letting Rob’s lawyers know that discussing the details of the case with the media is a violation of California law.

“Under California law, settlement discussions are confidential. Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions,” Ciani told TMZ. “Chyna is permitted under California law to disclose that settlement discussions regarding her revenge porn case against her ex-fiancé are ongoing. When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media.”

More than likely, Chyna is still salty over the fact that her lawsuit against the rest of the Kardashian Koven tanked into one big turd they collectively flushed down the toilet so Chyna is trying whatever she can to get that money. But perhaps it’s time she got a damn job instead because this gravy train is slipping further from her grasp with each passing lawsuit.
