Buckingham Palace Has Reportedly Denied Kim Kardashian’s Request For Tickets To Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Party

I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. Oh, who am I kidding? I love saying I told you so! The other day I told you that Kim Kardashian was probably in London with her boyfriend Pete Davidson so she could worm her way into an audience with THE QUEEN, or more likely, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle so she can convince them that being the Megan & MGK to her and Pete’s Kourtney & Travis would be incredible for their brand. And The Daily Mail has “proven” me right. DM reports that Kim’s “dream of attending” the Platinum Jubilee celebrations “have been dashed” after Buckingham Palace “rejected her pleas” to attend Saturday’s Platinum Party at the Palace. And not only did The Palace ask “and you are….?” but publicists at the BBC, who are broadcasting the event, similarly declined the pleasure of “her?” company.

Can you believe Kim made Pete dye his hair Nice ‘N Easy #325 Platinum Jubilee to match hers and fly all the way to England just to be treated no better than a commoner? No, worse than a commoner because 10,000 tickets were made available to the public via lottery, but overseas entries were not accepted. So worse than an American commoner. How embarrassing! DM reports:

She may be the Queen of celebrities, but Kim Kardashian’s dream of joining the official Platinum Jubilee celebrations in the UK have been dashed.

Despite her best efforts, officials at Buckingham Palace have rejected her pleas to attend the Platinum Party at the Palace on Saturday.

Representatives for the star, 41 — who landed in the UK with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, this week — asked for tickets But the Palace turned the American couple down, as did publicists at the BBC, which will broadcast the show.

Kim was so determined to attend that a source told the Daily Mail she is trying to acquire tickets by other means — and has even said she doesn’t mind if the tickets are ‘not VIP’.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone to get Kim to eat a corgi turd on live TV in exchange for a ticket. Divine walked so Kim could crawl. DM adds:

They said: ‘Kim rarely gets turned down to attend any event, so this has been quite surprising, especially as she doesn’t visit the UK often. Kim and Pete love the Royal Family and really wanted to be a part of this special celebration.’

It’s not clear if the Jubilee celebrations were the only reason for the couple’s trip to London.

You know she is scrambling to get Andrea Bocelli on the phone, who is performing at the event and also performed at her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s Italian wedding, to ask him for a plus-two. A plus-one even, if that’s the best he can do, Pete can go take himself to see Jersey Boys on the West End or something. But Kim would probably have better luck hitting up David Beckham, who will also be appearing along with Queen (the band not the THE, who will be watching from home), Diana Ross, Nile Rodgers, Sir David Attenborough, Dame Julie Andrews, and Sir Elton John in a pre-recorded set. But considering Kim didn’t even make the guest list for Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding, Kim might want to hurry back home so she can catch the Platinum Jubilee Concert on Hulu when it airs the following day. Yes, it’s streaming on her home streaming service and she STILL couldn’t get an invite!
