Khloe Kardashian Defends Tristan Thompson, And Admits She’d Get Offended When People Joked About Her “12 Face Transplants”

Khloe Kardashian appeared on the latest episode of the podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, and she said some things about her constantly-cheating ex, Tristan Thompson. Khloe insists that there are “so many good sides” to the most prolific philanderer since Tony Soprano, and it’s a shame that his positive qualities are ignored. Oh, sweetie. Speaking of debilitatingly low self-esteem, 37-year-old Khloe also discussed her constantly-changing face. She says it used to offend her when people said she had “12 face transplants,” because the only thing she’d had done was “one nose job.” One magical nose job that somehow spread to her lips, cheeks, chin, eyes, and forehead!

First up, here’s what Khloe said about Tristan, who she split with earlier this year after a paternity test proved that he IS the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby boy, via Page Six:

“It’s sad because, like, there’s so many good sides to him as well, but no one gets to see those ’cause they’re all overshadowed by, like, the personal stuff that’s going on between him and I,” she explained.

Kardashian even went so far as to say that there are “a lot of other people in the world that have been through probably similar situations” as her. “I doubt I’m the only human being. I hope not. Well, I don’t want anyone to go through that,” she said, alluding to the athlete’s multiple infidelities.

Khloe added that 31-year-old Tristan is “a good person,” just “not a good partner for her.” She says that she learned about the most recent cheating scandal through sister Kim Kardashian. Apparently, that moment will be shown on their reality show. Just like all the other times Khloe found out about Tristan’s cheating, except, this time, it’s on *Hulu*.

And here’s what Khloe had to say about people criticizing her face, via Page Six:

“It did used to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy.'”

“It didn’t bother me. It offended me,” she shared. “I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that. I’ve had one nose job that I love. Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t care to lie about it.”

The “Kardashians” star added, “But the transplant thing, I just want to understand why” before joking, “That sounds amazing later in life, but now, I’m good.”

Khloe says she also gets a lot of people comparing her looks to her sisters’. She claims that she can take the heat, “but I don’t know the rhyme or reason.” Really, Khlo? You don’t know why people are curious about your face and body? Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that you and your family deny (most of) your very obvious plastic surgery and are essentially gaslighting an entire generation of kids into believing that the silicone look is attainable through exercise and special smoothies that make you shit your pants twice a day. Maybe some of Khloe’s brain matter leaked out during one of the twelve face transplants, cuz the “rhyme and reason” is super obvious to me.
