Andy Dick Was Arrested For Sexual Battery While On A YouTuber’s Livestream

Andy Dick is back to his usual shenanigans. Which, for a stand-up comic, you’d think would be telling jokes in a bar somewhere. But no, we’re LONG past that with this one. Andy’s usual antics involve public intoxication, arrest, or assault. Or all three. He’s allegedly groped Uber drivers. He’s allegedly attacked Uber drivers. And he was arrested last year for allegedly attacking his boyfriend with a liquor bottle. And Andy’s latest arrest involves sexual assault allegations and him wondering where his coke is. The whole thing was also captured on a livestream.

Page Six says that things went down yesterday at the O’Neill Regional Park in Trabuco Canyon, CA. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Page Six that they got a call in the morning from the alleged victim of a sexual assault. The adult male was not identified by police, but there is a video of the allegations from the YouTube channel, Captain Content RV. TMZ says that Andy has been living in an RV, along with several RV live-streamers, at the park for a while now. During the livestream, “JJ” details the awful allegations against Andy. via Page Six:

Around the 3:10 mark of a clip from the livestream, a disoriented “JJ” can be heard telling another person in the recreational vehicle what he claims occurred.

He says hesitantly, “I was just in bed right now, and I smelled certain parts of my body … [I was] in the other RV with Andy, and … the last thing I remember, we were on the phone with his fiancée… I smelled parts of myself and they smell like artificial smells.”

The streamer then alleged that he thought he had lotion or lube-like substance in his butt.

Around the 5:29:00 mark of the original livestream, “JJ” attempts to confront Dick, but the comedian appears more concerned with his drugs.

“Did you take my cocaine?” he asks the streamer, who replies, “No, I didn’t even take it whenever it was offered.”

“JJ” then asks, “Why did you assault me in my sleep?” to which Dick responds, “I never assaulted you in your sleep. Can you leave me alone?”

A rep for Andy did not respond to Page Six when requested for comment and I’m again shocked because who is representing this mess? While Andy denies the sexual assault allegations, he is being investigated.

Despite Dick’s on-camera denial, Sgt. Steinle told Page Six that they took the Andy Dick Show star into custody based on “information that was given to them” from the alleged male victim when they arrived on the scene. Police also performed an onsite investigation.

The actual arrest took place around 11:15 a.m. local time and, per the officer, the investigation is still ongoing.

Dick has not been charged — pending the District Attorney’s review — and he had not arrived at the Orange County jail at the time we spoke with police.

His bail was later set at $25,000, and he is due in court Friday… Sgt. Steinle confirmed to us that the Special Victims Unit is involved in this situation and “part of their investigation is to make sure that the victim is taken care of physically and that would also include a potential physical exam.”

We’re also told the Orange County Sheriff’s office is aware Dick’s arrest was captured on a livestream.

Here’s some video of Andy getting arrested:

Andy Dick’s IMDB page is filled with nearly a dozen projects that are either in the “filming,” “pre-production,“post-production,” or “announced” stage and something tells me they won’t see the light of day. So if anyone ever wants to catch Andy Dick onscreen, they can in that arrest video above, and that tells you everything you need to know about the current state of Andy Dick’s life.
