Prince Andrew Has Lost Another Title But THE QUEEN Reportedly Wants Him To Make A Comeback For Her Jubilee

THE QUEEN’s favorite son, Prince Andrew, has been honored with many titles over the years, in addition to the one he was born with, which is Andrew Albert Christian Edward, Duke of First Names. In 1987, on the day he wed Sarah Ferguson, aka Fergie, First Of Her Name, THE QUEEN officially gave him the title of His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, Duke of York. From there he just kept racking up the honorifics, and in addition to several military and honorary titles, Andrew’s been distinguished as Randy Andy, HBH: His Buffoon Highness, Baby Grumpling, Air Miles Andy, The Cunt, and whatever it is his brother Prince Charles calls him behind his back.

So to lose a few titles, as he has since the Jeffrey Epstein scandal broke big and the subsequent settlement went his accuser Virginia Giuffre, should hardly make a difference. However, the saber that’s been coming for his titles has sliced him very close to the quick this time. According to People, the City of York voted unanimously to strip Andrew of his Freedom of the City honor, an ambassadorial title that was bestowed upon him when he received his Dukedom from mom. And they’d like their Dukedom back too.

Prince Andrew has been stripped of another title.

At a meeting at York Racecourse on Wednesday night, councilors voted unanimously to strip Andrew of his Freedom of the City honor, according to ITV. Queen Elizabeth’s third child, known as the Duke of York, was given the ambassadorial title in a 1987 ceremony shortly after his marriage to ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

Darryl Smalley, City of York Council’s Executive Member for Culture, said the Freedom of York was “the highest honor” the city could bestow.

“The honor is held by many notable and accomplished people who carry it with pride and responsibly. Having been stripped of his military roles and royal patronages by the Queen, we believe that it is right to remove all links that Prince Andrew still has with our great city,” he said, according to ITV. “I was pleased to see councilors of all parties support this motion and make it clear that it is no longer appropriate for Prince Andrew to represent York and its residents. The removal of this honorary title sends the right message that we as a city stand with victims of abuse.”

Ouch. They are not fucking around. It’s a good thing the Epsom Derby, “one of a series of official events” being held for Liz’s Platinum Jubilee, is not taking place in York. Newsweek reports that a trusted royal source says Liz is hoping Andrew can make “a comeback” and participate in her Jubilee, even privately hoping that Andrew will “be given some role going forward.

“I think a lot of her advisers and even the Prince of Wales are very concerned about this but she’s pretty determined that certainly things where she’s involved, if she goes to the Derby, that her son will be alongside her.

“It’s going to be a long haul but she has a lot of faith in Andrew. She says that nothing has been proven against him.

Maybe Liz should just stick with giving him special boy titles and leave it at that. His Majesty Sweet Baby Tushkins, Duke of Mumsy’s Heart would be really sweet. And the rest of us wouldn’t have to look at his busted grill ever again. Yes, I know there are plenty more where that came from, but since we’re trimming the fat, so to speak, one less is more. As for the City of York, they’re really trying to sever their connection to HRH, Sweaty Knob of Liz. People adds:

Prince Andrew, 62, has retained his title as the Duke of York and keep his place in the line of succession to the throne, which is currently ninth behind Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two children. He will no longer use the style “His Royal Highness” in any official capacity.

However, York councilors say the “next logical step” would be for Prince Andrew to “do the right thing and relinquish his Duke of York title,” a dukedom bestowed to him by the Queen on his wedding day. The Duke of York is the title traditionally held by the next sibling in the line of succession behind the Prince or Princess of Wales, the title currently held by Prince Charles.

Smalley said, “If he fails to do so, the government and Buckingham Palace must step in to remove his title to finally end Prince Andrew’s connection to York.”

Ooooh, damn! They threatened to call the actual government on his ass! That’s the one place in all of England where he can’t hide behind mom’s skirts. Though I could see him trying to talk her into hobbling her ass over to Parliament to plead his case and kneeling behind her whispering, “Mum! I thought I told you to wear one of Queen Victoria’s old dresses, I think they can see me!
