Kanye West Reveals His Family Is In “Danger” When He’s Not Around In New Song

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I was under the impression that Kanye West was somewhere taking a break from annoying the world on a daily basis. But well, we won’t be breathing any sighs of relief today because Kanye made sure to leave something brewing in the background during his hiatus. And now, a rap lyric he recited on a track with Pusha T called Dreamin of the Past is the latest kooky Kanye comment as he reveals that whenever he’s not around his family is in danger.

According to Page Six, over this past weekend, Pusha dropped his new release It’s Almost Dry, produced by Kanye and Pharrell Williams. One track, in particular, is getting everyone’s attention, which we all know is Kanye’s favorite currency. At one point during his verse, Kanye decided it was time to air his dirty laundry with ex-wife Kim Kardashian once again by reciting a very cryptic line that’s making people raise their heads high, close their eyes, and sigh. Because I think we’re all tired of their drama by now.

The lyrics for the song, which dropped Friday, state, “Born in the manger, the son of a stranger/When Daddy’s not home, the family’s in danger.”

The apparent jab at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian is the latest in a string of comments the billionaire rapper has made about the former couple’s co-parenting issues this year.

Now, this could be a bit of a reach because even when Daddy was home, the family was in danger. And let’s face it, as long as Pimp Mama Kris is at the helm of that inevitable shipwreck of a family THEY ALL are in danger like Molly in Ghost. But still. Kanye probably wrote those lyrics during his heightened manic state where his behavior fell in line with what we’ve become accustomed to, so there’s nothing to see here. And if Kim hasn’t said anything about this track yet then it really doesn’t matter because at this point we know everything Kanye says and does is leading up to him cornering her and re-enacting the “Choose Me” scene from My Best Friend’s Wedding.
