Ezra Miller Was Arrested Again In Hawaii

It’s the perfect story for a “Stop me if you’ve already heard this one” joke set-up. But sadly, it’s a same soup, different bowl situation. Just a few weeks ago, Ezra Miller was arrested in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and harassment at a bar, then later, was the subject of a restraining order from the Hawaiian couple Ezra was staying with. Now Variety is reporting that Ezra has again gotten familiar with Hawaiian police, but this time for something much more serious than just acting like a messy fool at a bar. Ezra was arrested for second-degree assault.

Variety writes that 29-year-old Ezra was arrested early yesterday morning at a private residence in a subdivision in Pāhoa (which is on the Big Island). Police responded to a get-together that got out of control at the residence. The police then discovered that Ezra was asked to leave the house and refused, but instead attacked a woman. This is what the police said in their statement:

“During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.”

The woman refused treatment. Warner Bros. current pain in the ass was later arrested at 1:30 am after police found them on the roadway during a traffic stop. Here’s Ezra’s latest mug shot.

Ezra was later released. But Ezra had a busy morning. Ezra was also in court this morning to answer to the charges they were hit with last month over the bar messiness. Ezra pled “no contest” to the disorderly conduct charge and paid a $500 fine. Because of Ezra’s no-contest plea, the judge dropped the harassment charge.

According to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho, authorities have received 10 police calls regarding Ezra since March 7th. At this point, whoever is answering the phone has probably started saving time by recording an outgoing message that says, “Aloha! You’ve reached Hawaii police. Press one if Ezra Miller is hassling bar patrons. Press two if Ezra Miller is disturbing the peace. Press three if Ezra Miller is using patio furniture in an aggressive way. For all other inquiries, please stay on the line.
