Cardi B And Offset Share Pictures Of Their Baby Son And His Name

As predicted, Cardi B has undone her self-inflicted social media ban to reveal the name of the newest member of her growing family. Back in September Cardi and her community dick husband Offset welcomed their second child into the world, yet they’ve been very secretive about his name. However, now’s the time for his debut into society. And since they both named their daughter Kulture you can best believe their son’s name will be just as unique.
Please keep in mind their son’s name should come as no surprise from parents who named their first child, who is now 3 years old, Kulture Kiari Cephus. So now ladies and gentlemen, I present to you (with the help of People) Cardi and Offset’s new young prince: Wave Set Cephus. No, that wasn’t me typing wildly during the onset of a stroke. That’s his actual name (until he becomes old enough to change it).
On Thursday, Cardi B, 29, and Offset, 30, announced the name of their 7-month-old son, whom they welcomed on Sept. 4.
The “I Like It” rapper shared photos of her little one for the first time and announced his moniker with emojis.
“🦕🌊🧸,” she wrote alongside snaps of Wave rocking a blue fur coat and massive diamond chain.
Offset also shared a photo of Wave to his IG, and he’s looking away towards someone probably thinking to himself “Get this heavy ass jewelry off of me and these diamonds out of my ears and gimme my damn bottle!”
Now I must admit, he is a cutie. And Offset is apparently the one who came up with the name:
Following the big reveal, Cardi tweeted that Offset was the one who came up with the baby’s moniker. “When Set suggested Wave, I was sold! THAT HAD TO BE HIS NAME !” she wrote on Twitter alongside a video of a piece of jewelry that spelled out his name.

I’m sorry but WAVE? For real? Do you know how confusing that’s going to be for him in school whenever someone says the word “wave” and he keeps looking around to see if someone is talking to him? That child is going to have whiplash by kindergarten.
