Rihanna Has Made Her Debut On Forbes’ Annual Billionaires List

April 6, 2022 / Posted by:

Every year Forbes magazine reminds us we’re poor by listing the world’s richest richies. And Rihanna is probably weirded out again today because she’s probably getting a lot of “congratulations for being so rich” texts since she made Forbes’ billionaires list for the first time. Other names include Kim Kardashian, directors Tyler Perry and Peter Jackson, Oprah Winfrey, and Kanye West. But of course, since this is Ye we’re talking about you know he had something to say about his ranking.

USA Today reports pregnant panty pusher Rihanna has made her debut at damn near the bottom of the list. But don’t shed a poor tear for her since she’s still all kinds of RICH.

Rihanna, 34, is among the freshman class of billionaires, becoming the first billionaire of her home country of Barbados, according to Forbes. Declared the world’s richest female musician, the pop star has leveraged her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line and her Savage X Fenty lingerie business to a net worth of $1.7 billion, the magazine says.

She ranked #1,729 on this year’s list.

Just to put this list into perspective RihRih has close to $2 billion. Numero Uno on Forbes’ list of billionaires is Michael Myers’ stunt double Elon Musk with $219 billion. Jeff Bezos is second with $171 billion. Tone-deaf motivational speaker Kim Kardashian came in at #1,645 with her paltry $1.8 billion. Peter Jackson comes in on the low end of the list as well with a reported net worth of $1.5 billion whereas Oprah and Tyler come in at $2.6 billion and $1 billion respectively. But it’s Kooky Kanye, whose net worth is reported at $2 billion, that has the most to say about his ranking. According to The Blast, Ye was ready to flip tables and throw drinks at the news that he’s worth as little as $2 billion. That’s basically a welfare check in his eyes, and he has no issues letting people know because of his major deals with brands like Adidas and GAP he’s actually worth SEVEN billion dollars.

The rapper believes Forbes is trying to “control and diminish him even at the cost of their own integrity.”

It should be noted, that Ye’s team is told that the methodology of determining someone’s net worth is partially based on “revenue from last year only,” and not the “enterprise value of long-term deals that are in place.” In other words, West believes he isn’t getting the whole picture taken into consideration for how valuable all of his deals are at the moment.

Even with an estimated net worth of $2-$7 billion Kanye still refuses to be happy so I think he’s the problem. Maybe he needs a visit from someone funnier than him to brighten up his day. Might I suggest reconnecting with Pete Davidson? His presence seems to bring a smile to Kim’s face. Oh….maybe that’s the real issue here.
