Kim Kardashian’s Former Employees Claim She’s Not Doing Enough Work On The Lawsuit They Filed Against Her

A little less than a year ago, Kim Kardashian was sued by seven former employees, ranging from gardeners to maintenance staff to housekeepers. They accused Kim of overworking and underpaying them, not keeping track of their hours, and deducting money from their paychecks for taxes but not using that money for taxes. They claimed there weren’t sufficient rest breaks, that Kim was scamming them out of the opportunity to collect benefits, and that their employment would be terminated if they spoke up. Those seven former employees have been working hard on this lawsuit, but one of the seven has recently filed a request to impose sanctions on Kim, claiming that Kim herself hasn’t done shit, and has been outsourcing all her work on this lawsuit.

This is all made entirely too ironic, considering that just last week Kim was getting dragged across the internet after she told women in business to get their fucking asses up and work, and accused people of not wanting to work anymore. Apparently, Kim needs to get her own ass up and work. Andrew Ramirez, one of the seven plaintiffs in that lawsuit, is mad that Kimberly isn’t taking this lawsuit seriously, and he’s demanding she be hit with a bill for sanctions. via Radar Online:

Kim Kardashian’s former male housekeeper is calling her out for having another person on her payroll do work she was required to do as part of their ongoing lawsuit – and he wants her sanctioned for her behavior.

Andrew Ramirez – who is suing Kim on behalf of himself and his son Andrew Jr. – is demanding the court slap the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star with sanctions. He explains Kardashian was served with a ton of interrogatories – questions he wanted her to answer about the case under oath. However, he claims she returned the list filled out by her estate manager instead of her personally.

Ramirez says Kardashian is “required to respond” with her own personal knowledge not have her estate manager do it.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Andrew Ramirez is demanding $1,857.50 in sanctions.

Only $1,857.50 in sanctions? Andrew, Andrew, Andrew – you were her housekeeper once. You know that $1,857.50 is probably what Kim spends on double-sided boob tape each day. That’s nothing!

According to Radar Online, the former staff members claim that Kim kept them all registered as “independent contractors,” so that she could avoid paying them a salary and allowing them to qualify for things like health benefits. Because of this distinction, they claim they were never paid properly, or on time, seldom with a pay stub, and that they couldn’t fight for basics like regular breaks. They also claim that the promise of full-time salaried employment was often dangled in front of them like a Botoxed carrot. Nobody wants to work anymore? More like nobody wants to be exploited by ethically-bankrupt penny-pinching billionaires anymore.

Kim has responded to these claims, saying that everyone suing her was hired by a third party, and therefore she’s not responsible for any alleged wage theft or workplace toxicity that may have taken place. But none of this makes any sense, truly. Why is Kim allegedly avoiding all this legal work? Doesn’t she live for this stuff? I mean, her boyfriend Pete Davidson currently has a tattoo that reads, “My girl is a lawyer.” Maybe he should return to his tattoo artist and have them amend it to say, “My girl likes to tell people she’s a lawyer, but when it comes down to it, I think she might just be in it for the title and maybe the power dressing.
