In A Lengthy Instagram Post, Britney Spears Threatened To Sue Her Former Management Company Tri Star

Britney Spears has been on one over on Instagram this week. In a since-deleted post yesterday, Britney called out Tri Star Management and her former business managers there, Lou Taylor and Robin Greenhill, and threatened to “sue the shit” out of them. Britney also accused them of trying to kill her, the implication being that they had a crucial role in orchestrating the conservatorship she suffered under for 13 years.

In another since-deleted post, Britney raged at her sister Jamie Lynn Spears again and accused her of lying about her saying “it’s like you’re going out of your way to lie about me and make me look bad [heartbroken emoji] !!!” That post went on to detail some sort of family squabble which ended with Jamie Lynn locking herself in momma’s closet “screaming like a drama queen [Munch scream emoji, crown emoji]” It’s a drama right out of a southern-fried soap opera and I’m sure the good folks over at Simon and Schuster would like to schus-her before their $15 million investment gets published, unedited, one Instagram post at a time. While Britney may be giving the goods away for free, one thing’s for certain. S&S should really consider letting Britney include emojis in her manuscript because the woman has a GIFT. According to Billboard:

In a since-deleted Instagram post shared on Wednesday (Feb. 23), the pop star said that before “they sent me away” to a treatment facility, Tri Star brought her into their offices. “The swanky suited up bitches … SO NICE with their “We are here to make you feel SPECIAL” [thumbs up emoji] !!!!” she wrote, before specifically naming her former business managers. “I had lunch with Lou Taylor and Robin Greenhill … they said ‘Britney, look at your picture on the wall!’ With a huge black and white framed picture in the hall of their office !!!!! Kate Beckinsale was there too !!!!! They sucked up to me and ‘made me feel special’ … RIGHT …. Ha those same bitches killed me a week later !!!!”

She went on to say that her father Jamie Spears “worshipped” Taylor and Greenhill and “would have done anything they asked of him.”

“Nobody else would have lived through what they did to me !!!” Spears concluded. “I lived through all of if and I remember all of it !!!! I will sue the shit out of Tri Star !!!! Psss they got away with all of it and I’m here to warn them every day of my precious life !!!!”

As ill-advised as these posts may be, Livid Britney is simply irresistible. I can’t help but pump my fist a little and mutter, “atta girl!” Tri Star was highlighted in the New York Times documentary Controlling Britney Spears. And Tri Star associate Robin was accused of colluding with Britney’s dad Jamie Spears and the security company he hired, Black Box, of tapping Britney’s private communications. According to Page Six:

FX and Hulu’s “The New York Times Presents: Controlling Britney Spears” accused Tri Star and Taylor’s associate Robin Greenhill of monitoring the pop star’s iPhone by secretly mirroring her communications using an iPad that they kept in a safe, which the firm denied.

CNN’s “Toxic: Britney Spears’ Battle for Freedom,” meanwhile, reported that Spears blames Taylor for many conservatorship-related issues.

Jamie, 69, employed Tri Star as the business manager of Britney’s estate shortly after placing her under a conservatorship in 2008. The company worked with the “Toxic” singer for over a decade before resigning in the fall of 2020. (via Page Six)

Billboard reports that Tri Star has issued a response that says “these claims are entirely false as well as highly offensive, damaging and unacceptable.” Entirely false? Britney did say in her note that they brought in Kate Beckinsale in an attempt to suck up to her. Certainly, Kate can at least verify whether or not she was used as Britney Bait when the in-office Starbucks and trail of Cheetos crumbs failed.

But for now, things have quieted over on Britney’s IG and she just posted that she’s “headed to a tropical destination”:

Seriously S&S, you should consider it. Bill Clinton could NEVER!
