Alice Evans Wants Custody Of Her Children With Estranged Husband Ioan Gruffudd

Earlier this week, the stage 10 MESS of a divorce between Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans reached a new level of MESS that made Hazmat say, “Even we can’t clean this up,” when he filed for a restraining order against her for harassing and threatening him, his girlfriend Bianca Wallace, and his mom. In his request for a restraining order, Ioan submitted brain cell-destroying texts and emails where Alice shit on him for all sorts of things. Ioan also accused her of threatening to take him down by claiming he abused her and their children. In her legal response, Alice decided to leave out the dramatic threats of unhinged fuckery, and instead, denied Ioan’s accusations and declared that she wants legal and physical custody of their children as well as spousal support.

In March 2021, Ioan filed for divorce from Alice after 14 years of marriage and that came about a month after she told everyone that he left her. Ever since then, Alice has been dragging Ioan and his girlfriend Bianca all over social media. Ioan used some of those social media posts against Alice in his application for a domestic abuse restraining order against her (and if the restraining order is approved, she’ll have to stay 100 yards away from Ioan and Bianca and can’t contact either of them). People says that on February 15, Alice filed her own papers where she denied harassing and threatening Ioan, and also made it clear that she wants legal and physical custody of their daughters: 12-year-old Ella and 8-year-old Elsie.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Evans, 53, is asking for both legal and physical custody of the couple’s children, while asking that child visitation rights be granted to Gruffudd, 48.

Additionally, the court documents state that Evans is citing irreconcilable differences in the dissolution of their marriage, and is asking for spousal support, termination of the court’s ability to award spousal support to Gruffudd, and for her attorney fees to be paid by her estranged husband. Evans also wants the court to determine the rights to their shared home in Los Angeles.

In Ioan’s petition for a restraining order, he stated that he believes Alice has been harassing and intimidating him “to force me to give her what she wants financially and with respect to custody of our daughters.” Okay, If Ioan is right and Alice is harassing him to get spousal support, then she’s going about it the wrong way. Ioan claims that Alice threatened to destroy his career. But how is he going to pay spousal support if his career is floating down the gutter? Although, being reasonable is not something Alice has been accused of lately.

And while the court is deciding on a custody situation between these two, the court should permanently strip Alice Evans of custody of her phone, laptops, and any other communication device. They should also declare that she should stay away from any and all pigeons, in case she sees one and decides to tie another harassing note to its leg and scream at it to fly toward Ioan’s house.
