Jason Momoa Is Reportedly Living In A $750,000 RV

After Jason Momoa announced that he and Lisa Bonet were done after nearly 17 years together, it was very up in the air as to what they would do once they went their separate ways. In my mind, I pictured Jason moving into the pool house and joining Lisa for breakfast and yoga every morning until she finally got sick of him. But as it turns out, when Jason and Lisa decided it was over, he moved into his own place. The only thing is, his own place is on four wheels and it’s parked in a friend’s driveway. Nobody needed a sexy reboot of Chris Farley’s Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker character, but Jason Momoa is currently channeling a little bit of that “living in a van” energy.
Just off the top, Jason Momoa is a superhero movie star, which means he’s probably got plenty of cash in his wallet to buy a mansion. And Jason might have a new house, somewhere. But for right now, home sweet home is a $750,000 Ford EarthRoamer RV camper (and yes, that’s really the price. Some go for $1.9 million). via Page Six:
The “Aquaman” actor, 42, was spotted looking quite comfortable around the $750,000 black camper van earlier this week. The RV is situated at his friend’s pad, near the Topanga Hills home where Bonet, 53, and their two kids live.
It would absolutely rule if Jason Momoa was crashing every night in a van with an airbrushed bikini babe holding a tiger on a leash, or one of those 90s beige motorhomes with the classic brown accent stripe painted down the side. But come on, he’s rich, remember? Page Six has pictures of Jason’s $750,000 home away from home on wheels. It’s very fancy, but what did you expect from a vehicle that costs 3/4 of a million dollars? A souped-up Pontiac Aztek?

The fact that the RV is parked close to where Lisa Bonet lives with their two kids is evidence that he wanted to stay close, rather than jetting back and forth to a hotel several miles away every day. But living in a vehicle might come in handy for his next role, which according to The Hollywood Reporter, might be that of the villain for the final Fast and the Furious franchise, Fast & Furious 10. via THR:
Jason Momoa is in final negotiations to join Vin Diesel and the cast in what is being called Fast & Furious 10 as a working title. And while plot details are being muffled, the Aquaman actor could be poised to act as one of the film’s villains. Universal had no comment.
So he’s living in that RV in his friend’s driveway to be a good dad. But that RV situation could also double as a form of method acting to prepare for Fast 10. Especially for the role of a villain. You’re sleeping in a bed with such little headroom clearance, that you’re at constant risk of waking up and giving yourself a concussion. Getting woken up at night to the sounds of raccoons either fighting or humping. Everything in your “kitchen” smells like gas, motor oil, or brake fluid. NO SHOWER PRESSURE. That would be anyone’s Fast 10 villain origin story.
