Pete Davidson Thinks It’s “Hilarious” That Kanye West Wants To Beat Him Up

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are split up and entering into the phase of their non-relationship where they argue publicly over their four children. Meanwhile, she’s been dating Pete Davidson and taking him on pap strolls after giving him hickeys. Kanye has put in his own publicity work and has been allegedly trying to make Kim jealous through his insufferable dating narrative with actress Julia Fox. He also put his emotional issues into a song and rapped about beating Pete Davidson’s ass. Sources say that Pete thinks the threats of violence are just hilarious and he isn’t worried about Kanye West at all. But Kanye’s fans? Those people made him call for extra security.

Over the weekend, Kanye accused Kim of keeping him from seeing their kids and said that her security blocked him from entering their home because Pete Davidson was inside. But sources tell Page Six that Pete “has yet to be introduced to Kim’s kids, and it’s widely known that whenever he visits her in LA, he stays at a hotel in Beverly Hills where she’s been spotted with him.” The source adds that“Kim and Pete can talk to each other about what is going on. It’s nice to have someone to share concerns with.”

Pete also knows about Kanye’s lyrical threat leveled against him in a song with The Game where Kanye raps: “God saved me from that crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass,” referencing that 2002 car crash that gave Kanye a broken jaw. But Pete isn’t afraid, a source says:

“Pete thinks it’s totally hilarious,” said an insider. “Not just that–he thinks the whole [tabloid drama with him, West and Kardashian] is hilarious. He loves it.”

The source said Davidson… is used to press attention, but that being with Kardashian puts him on another level of scrutiny.

“It’s funny to him that the press wants to know his every move all of a sudden,” said the source.

West’s song also had an unexpected upside for the new couple. “The whole craziness with Kanye last week has brought Kim and Pete closer,” another source tells Page Six.

Pete is just loving that this could all be stand-up material for Saturday Night Live. And apparently, that’s actually where the feud with Kanye started, as Page Six hears that this isn’t all just about Kim and it dates back to when Kanye did that MAGA rant on SNL. At the time, Pete joked about it on Weekend Update suggesting Kanye take his meds and calling it “one of the worst, most awkward things have ever seen here and I have seen Chevy Chase talk to an intern.”

And while Pete might not be worried about Kanye whooping his ass, Radar claims that Pete is afraid of Kanye’s fans and got himself a security guard:

“Pete isn’t worried about Kanye, but he is concerned about the massive fanbase that Kanye has. His devoted followers listen to his songs and act upon them. That’s why Pete is now using security…

Until recently Pete never had security with him when he was out and about, even when he was engaged to Ariana Grande. But dating Kim (Kardashian) is a totally different level of fame. Pete is now a superstar, which comes with a price. As much as he still wants to be low-key and hang with his friends, the reality of his situation has changed.”

I’m sure that Kanye will react poorly to the rumor that Pete is more afraid of his fans than him, and next time Julia Fox calls Interview magazine to brag about her relationship she’ll also be sure to add: “And also Kanye is like very chill about everything. Never bothered by lame, skinny white boys who appear on silly sketch shows–he’s an artist with better things to do like pick out all the clothing I wear.”
