Paris Hilton’s Netflix Show “Cooking With Paris” Has Been Canceled After One Season

Cooking With Paris is (or should I say WAS) the Netflix original series starring Paris Hilton where she cooked with her celebrity friends like Kim Kardashian, Saweetie, Demi Lovato, and more. Its first six episodes premiered last August. Coking With Paris is something else entirely. But her show is now canceled so hopefully, you enjoyed those six episodes since you’re never getting any others. Coking With Paris, you may get to see again one day, who knows.

CWP is one of those shows that should honestly never have existed in the first place because it’s based on a viral video of Paris cooking lasagna one time. And just because you have one viral video doesn’t mean you deserve a show. But The Wrap says that the series was executive produced by Paris herself as well as Aaron Saidman, Eli Holzman, and Rebecca Hertz; and that it was a part of The Intellectual Property Corporation, who produces Selena Gomez’s HBO cooking show, Selena + Chef.Β Unlike Paris’ show, Selena has herself a hit and her show was just renewed in November for the fourth season. Meanwhile, CWP had abysmal reviews and tied with Fox’s reality show, Alter Ego, as one of Metacritic’s Worst TV Shows of 2021. Shocking!

This isn’t the last you’ll see of Paris though, her Peacock series, Paris In Love, is still on which shows her love life with her new husband, Carter Reum, who she married in November. So as long as she’s married maybe she’ll have a show? So that’s what? Maybe one more year of guaranteed employment? And I mean, she’s certainly trying to stretch it; she’s honeymooning in front of cameras so I’m sure it will make it to the show too:

And beyond that, I’m sure Paris will bring the world more reality shows we don’t need in the name of keeping her name out there. Like a show where her husband’s secret love-child comes to stay with them and meets her father for the first time. Owen Wilson will be in season two.
