Gal Gadot Says She Would Give Birth “Once A Week If I Could”

Gal Gadot, 36, and her husband, 47-year-old real-estate mogul Yaron Varsano, have three children: 10-year-old Alma, 4-year-old Maya, and 8-month-old Daniella. And Wonder Woman might not be done because she loves giving birth. In fact, she loves giving birth so much that she wishes she could give birth weekly. So if it were up to Gal, she’d have an army of children who will all one day suffer several degrees of embarrassment after discovering their mom’s Imagine video.

While talking to InStyle for their Badass Women issue, Gal got into the epidural-infused magic of birth. via People:

“I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It’s so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it’s not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you’re creating life, it’s incredible.”

My friends said they pooped themselves, but you know… that can be magical too, right? But while Gal loves giving birth, she doesn’t really love being pregnant. Gal’s pregnancies were hard on her, she suffered migraines and adds,“I’m not in my element.” Gal went on to say that even though she loves birthing babies, she’s not going to really talk too much about them after the fact and keeps her family private, even though being a mom is the most “Badass” thing about her:

“They’re the only thing I make sure to keep as private as possible,” she says of her family. “I want them to be naive and safe and protected. I share a lot–I believe that if I went through experiences that people can relate to or learn from, great. But as far as my family goes, I’m very protective.”

As the cover star for the Badass Women issue, Gadot says the most badass thing she’s ever done is “shooting a movie while being pregnant, or when you have a baby.”

“When you’re on set, you’re like a kite. You can fly so high and try to catch the air. Then you go back home to do your main shift as being a mother,” she explains. “It’s not about me, it’s, “OK, now I need to bathe Maya, feed Alma, put Daniella to bed.” …That is the badass thing I do: the juggling between my family life and my acting career,” she adds.

Gal may regret saying that she loves giving birth because does she really want Jim Bob Duggar sliding into her DMs like, “Sup?”
