Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Reunite For Christmas

I don’t work in the mailroom at the North Pole, so I have no idea what Tori Spelling asked for this Christmas. Was her letter to Santa just a series of credit card and bank account numbers and a request to have her debts disappear? A very possible option. But Us Weekly tells us what Tori did get for Christmas and that’s a relatively drama-free holiday for her five kids. Because they claim that Tori and Dean McDermott put aside whatever hate they may currently have for each other, and spent Christmas together as a family.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s relationship situation has remained a mystery for the better part of this year, with both Tori and Dean doing absolutely nothing to clear up the rumors that things are headed toward DivorceVille. And it looked especially bleak for the holidays. Tori released a family Christmas card featuring herself, the couple’s five children, and a number of barnyard animals, but no Dean (because Dean was filming in Canada). That was followed by a picture of Tori hanging up personalized family Christmas stockings on the mantle, and again, no Dean to be seen.

One of the main narratives we keep hearing over and over is that Tori still can’t trust Dean – who cheated on Tori in 2014 – but that she doesn’t want to divorce him, because she wants him around for the kids. Well, clearly Dean is still around for the kids. The Spelling-McDermott’s spent Thanksgiving as a family, and they recreated that same energy for December 25th as well.

“Tori and Dean spent Christmas as a family,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly of the BH90210 alum, 48, and the Canada native, 55. “They were all under one roof celebrating together.”

The pair rang in the holiday with their five children – Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4 – who “were happy” to be surrounded by loved ones on the special occasion.

“That’s what mattered the most to Tori and Dean, was making sure their kids had a nice holiday at home together,” the insider adds.

We’ll have to trust Us Weekly’s source on that one because Tori and Dean didn’t drop any Christmas Day reunion clues on social media. The only happy holiday message Tori posted was this one:

I can’t hate on two people, who likely hate the mere smell of each other, choosing to make nice for the sake of their kids at Christmas. But I do wonder how far they took it. Did everyone in their house get a full stocking? Presents under the tree? Was Dean invited for a week’s worth of festivities, or was his ass out on the sidewalk right after the last slice of ham was slid into Tupperware? At the very least, was Dean invited to stay the night? We know he probably wasn’t going to crash with Tori in her bed. Or maybe he was a good sport about it all. “Don’t mind me, folks, I’ll just grab a fleece throw blanket from the storage closet where Tori keeps all her paid promo items, and get to snoozing with the pig. I hope it’s just an urban legend that pigs have a heightened sense of smell because I’ve been eating nothing but gingerbread and cheese all day.
