Kanye West Asks Kim Kardashian To Come Back To Him, As His Publicist Is Accused Of Pressuring A Georgia Election Official

Drake and Kanye West‘s “feud” is over and they celebrated with a concert at the Los Angeles Coliseum. But don’t worry, this isn’t some bullshit promotional thing where these two self-obsessed rich men poked at each other publicly just to get some album sales, ticket sales, and merch sales. Perish the thought! This was a benefit concert, which means that someone benefited. Their bank accounts Larry Hoover. But the thing is, while the show was meant to bring attention to freeing Larry, they didn’t really talk about him very much at all. But you know what did happen? Kanye is still desperate to have Kim Kardashian take him back, so he took a moment at the show to tell her once again. That smokescreen is getting headlines today, and what do you know? This morning there’s also a story from Reuters about how failed presidential candidate Kanye’s publicist pressured a Georgia election official to lie about voter fraud.
Larry Hoover is the former leader of Chicago’s Gangster Disciples, a drug gang formed in the late 60s. But wait a minute, they weren’t just slinging millions of dollars of narcotics, they also used the money to help underfunded neighborhoods that the government didn’t care about. They funded neighborhood cleanups, voting registration drives, and food distribution programs. Pitchfork says that at his 1997 trial, Ronald S. Safer, the Assistant United States Attorney who was prosecuting Larry, even admitted: “This is not a group of street thugs. This is in a very real sense an outlaw form of government.” In 1973, Larry was sentenced to 200 years in prison for ordering a murder. In 1997, he received another life sentence after he was charged for running the Gangster Disciples from his prison cell. He’s now serving multiple life sentences in ADX Florence, which is said to be one of the most “psychologically punishing” correctional facilities and he spends 23 hours a day in solitary confinement. To get out, Larry needs a presidential pardon from Joe Biden, and a gubernatorial pardon, since he’s been convicted at the state and federal levels. But what he got last night was some Balenciaga with his name on it.
Kanye and Drake’s Larry Hoover benefit concert was streamed across Amazon’s streaming platforms as they sponsored the event, but the only time someone actually mentioned anything about Larry was before the show started:
The most direct discussion of his incarceration came off-camera, before the show had started, caught by an ambient mic. A woman pleaded with the crowd for empathy: “Larry Hoover was a man who made a mistake. When one person goes to prison, their entire family goes with them. Take out of your mind everything that you have read.”
Larry Hoover’s name was also on Balenciaga brand “FREE LARRY HOOVER” t-shirts ($100 each), hoodies ($200 each), and jeans ($400 each) that were sold at the show.
And the benefit concert was not totally approved by Larry Hoover himself. His son, Larry Hoover Jr., said that his father was concerned that the publicity may harm his chances for a pardon. So who exactly did this show benefit? Kanye himself, of course! Kanye used the opportunity to beg Kim, who is still getting dating Pete Davidson as far as I know, to come back to him. Kim was in the audience when Kanye warbled out, “I need you to run right back to me, baby, more specifically, Kimberly.”
Kanye is also possibly involved in some election interference, as Reuters reports that his publicist, Trevian Kutti, went to a Georgia election official’s home after the 2020 election and pressured her to lie and admit to voter fraud. Trevian pressured Ruby Freeman saying she was sent by an unnamed “high-profile individual,” and that Ruby “was in danger” and needed help because in “48 hours” there would be “unknown subjects” showing up at her home. This was weeks after Trump accused Ruby of fixing the election for Biden. Ruby ended up calling 911 on Trevian, and officers suggested that they go down to the police station to talk about it. They did and some of the weird conversation was caught on an officer’s bodycam.
“I cannot say what specifically will take place,” Kutti is heard telling Freeman in the recording. “I just know that it will disrupt your freedom,” she said, “and the freedom of one or more of your family members.” “You are a loose end for a party that needs to tidy up,” Kutti continued. She added that “federal people” were involved, without offering specifics.
According to Freeman, Kutti told her that she was going to put a man named “Harrison Ford” on speakerphone. (Freeman said the man on the phone wasn’t the actor by the same name.) Kutti said the man had “authoritative powers to get you protection,” the bodycam footage shows.
“If you don’t tell everything,” Freeman recalled Kutti saying, “you’re going to jail.”
Maybe there’ll be a Kanye-produced “Free Kanye West” benefit concert in the future if anything becomes of this story. Can’t wait to see which kind of merch Balenciaga comes up with for that one!
