Nick Cannon’s Youngest Child, Zen, Dies Of A Brain Tumor At Five Months Old

Nick Cannon has revealed some absolutely devastating news. 41-year-old Nick to his Nick Cannon talk show and broke down while explaining that his seventh child, five-month-old Zen, has died from a brain tumor.

Model Alyssa Scott welcomed Nick’s seventh child, Zen, on June 23rd, but he was dealing with health issues from the start. TMZ says that Nick gave some details on his show about what happened:

Nick says when he was about 2 months old, Zen started to develop what they thought was a sinus issue, and they noticed his head seemed large. Doctors said fluid had started to build up in Zen’s head, and they discovered a tumor, which required immediate surgery.

Nick broke down, explaining that Zen took a turn for the worse on Thanksgiving and the tumor in his brain grew quickly. He went to spend time in California for his last weekend with this son, and this past Sunday they took a trip to the ocean where Nick held Zen for the last time. Zen died soon after.

Nick Cannon’s other children include 10-year-old twins Morocco and Monroe,  daughter Powerful Queen who will turn one this month, four-year-old son Golden, and five-month-old twins: Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir.
