Aaron Carter And His Fiancée Melanie Martin Split Up A Week After She Gave Birth To Their Son
Last week Aaron Carter and his fiancée Melanie Martin welcomed their first child together: Prince Lyric Carter. And this loving family lived happily ever aft… OOPS. Scratch that! They’ve broken up. I repeat, Aaron and Melanie have broken up. This morning 33-year-old Aaron hopped on Twitter to spill all the dirt, Kanye-style. He accused Melanie of betraying him by secretly communicating with his estranged twin sister, Angel Carter. He says Melanie’s already fled to Vegas with her friend Carmen Nys from 90 Day Fiancée, and she allegedly told him he’ll never see his son again. Whew. And here I was thinking fatherhood would keep Aaron grounded…

The “family members tried to put me in prison” shit is likely a reference to the legal drama that went down in September 2019. Aaron’s Backstreet Boy brother Nick Carter filed a restraining order against Aaron for allegedly threatening to kill his then-pregnant wife, Lauren Kitt. His twin Angel did the same.
Aaron and Melanie first got together in January 2020 and split up when she was arrested for domestic violence. They got back together in June 2020.
They may be broken up, but Aaron and Melanie have a child together, so they’ll always be in each other’s lives. Hell, even if little Prince wasn’t in the picture, Aaron would be stuck with the memory of Melanie. Because he got her name tattooed on his face after just two months of dating. Damn. Laser treatments are expensive as hell. If Aaron wants to save money, he should just find a new Melanie to go out with. Any Melanies wanna take one for the team?
