Open Post: Hosted By The $16 An Hour Chef Job At Salt Bae’s Fancy London Restaurant

Remember Salt Bae? He’s back again!…and again…and again. We need to let memes die, people. It’s not good for us. Anyway, Salt Bae is back in the news and not just for his $2,000 steaks but also for his outrageously low-paying job offers! For the low low pay of $16 an hour, you can cook alongside your favorite internet chef and serve meals that are worth four paychecks to the insanely wealthy. If that’s not a dream job, then your standards are clearly too high!

Here’s the job description for an opportunity that you’d be stupid to pass up:

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join Nusret team in the new restaurant in London!

As a Chef De Partie, you will be working with some of the finest ingredients from the UK and abroad in the one of the most famous steakhouses in the world.

You will play a vital part in a large team and will support the Head Chef during service.

To the successful candidate Nusret London offers a highly competitive salary and excellent opportunities to develop a global career.

Having lived in London, I can tell you that $16 an hour is a great way to get you a sweet little box room in the city that you’ll share with three other underpaid workers and a beautiful family of rats. Pure glamour! However, despite Salt Bae’s staggering generosity, the offer has not gone down well with us regulars:

Salt Bae’s reign of high-priced, low-paying terror isn’t over yet. He’s just announced that he’ll be headed to Saudi Arabia to open his TWENTY-EIGHTH restaurant. I need someone to help me get into the ridiculous steak game because if he’s serving THIS at his luxurious restaurant, then my one pot leftover-veg-artificial-crab-stick-ramen dish is sure to be a hit with the criminally stupid.
