Megan Fox And Brian Austin Green Settled Their Divorce

October 18, 2021 / Posted by:

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green split in late 2019. Megan entered her Machine Gun Kelly Period a few months later, and she officially filed for divorce in November 2020. This weekend TMZ reported that the divorce has been settled, and once a judge signs off (which could happen any day), things will be totally finalized. That’s right, Megan’s one squiggly signature away from having the legal freedom to become Mrs. Machine Gun Kelly, aka Mrs. Weed. May Satan help us all.

TMZ got their hands on the legal docs, which show that the couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their three sons, Noah Shannon, 9, Bodhi Ransom, 7, and Journey River, 5. 35-year-old Megan and 48-year-old Brian agreed on this from the very beginning. Sources say that there was no prenup, which means anything acquired during their 10-year marriage will be split 50/50. That’s California law. There’s no reference to child or spousal support in the documents, but there is mention of an agreed-upon settlement that was not filed with the court. Megan will have her legal name changed from “Megan Green” to “Megan Fox”.

Since their split, Brian has moved on with Sharna Burgess, 36, from Dancing with the Stars. The couple danced together on this current season of DWTS, and were eliminated in Week 3. They also celebrated their one-year anniversary, and BAG reposted a fan-made video of their love on Instagram. Yep, apparently, there are die-hard Brian-Sharna stans existing on our planet:

And while Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker may have gotten engaged first, there’s still time for Megan and Machine Gun Kelly to beat their bizarro horn-dog counterparts to the altar — which will be decorated in buds of weed, vials of blood, and pics of Megan’s feet. Instead of a newlywed kiss, Megan will sink her fangs into MGK’s neck and finally suck the last vestiges of life from his already-decaying body. Because, as we all know, Jennifer’s Body was a documentary.
