Things Are Getting “Serious” Between Jennifer Garner And Her Robot Hamburger Businessman Boyfriend
While Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez continue to be TOO MUCH, one has to wonder what Ben’s former other Jennifer has been up to? When we last checked in on Jennifer Garner, she was giving us all a pro-bono product demonstration to show off the sweater she uses to successfully carry her cat Moose. Chilling out with a cat in your shirt every Friday night probably sounds like a whole lot of people’s idea of a good time, but Jennifer is also reportedly still dating John Miller, the tech CEO who runs the robot hamburger-making company, CaliBurger. They manage to keep things pretty quiet and mysterious but according to one anonymous source who spoke with Us Weekly, things are getting very serious between Jen and John. You know, you really can’t trust those gossipy burger-flipping robots to keep a secret about anything!
Jennifer has been dating John off and on for three years now. Everything seemed pretty relaxed, and it was reported that Jennifer had no plans to make any big commitments with John. Then the pandemic happened, and they broke up for a bit, which was probably for the best since it meant lots more free time for Jennifer to film more Instagram kitchen videos with her mom (I’m fully here for all Sassy Pat content). Then in May, they were reportedly back together again. And it kind of sounds like she’s not taking things as slow this time around? At least if UsWeekly’s source knows a thing or two about a thing or two. via Us Weekly:
“Jen and John are serious,” the insider says of the Alias alum, 49, and the businessman, 43. “They are totally set on a long-term future together. They’ve taken their time to get this committed.”
Three years ago, when Jen and John first got together, one of the things they allegedly bonded over was how they’re both in very similar places in life, like being in their 40s and raising children. Jennifer Garner shares three kids with Ben Affleck: Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9. John shares two kids, ages 15 and 13, who he shares with his ex-wife, concert violinist Caroline Campbell, who may or may not have found out her divorce had been finalized by seeing it in the tabloids.
So Jen and John are allegedly thinking of a long-term plan together. I guess that could mean marriage, or just moving in together. It could also be that Jen is about to pitch the next step in their relationship: getting photographed taking Moose for a walk. Who is to say! I just hope that whatever commitment situation happens, that John is ready to get cornered by Ben Affleck. Oh, not in an aggressive way. Ben just wants to know if any of that robot burger technology has been developed in a compact on-the-go travel-sized capacity. It’s just that Ben sometimes gets hungry during public publicity stunts with his girlfriend and could use a quick snack.
