Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel Are Selling Their Hollywood Hills Home for $35 Million
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are selling their LA mansion for a cool $35 million. Apparently, the couple wants to spend more time raising their two kids, baby Phineas and 6-year-old Silas, in Big Sky, Montana, where they live in Yellowstone Club, a private ski resort/real estate development. Jessica, 39, and Justin, 40, also own a $23 million four-bedroom penthouse in Tribeca and 127 undeveloped acres south of Nashville. An insider tells People that the couple, “are happy to live in Montana,” and they were “rarely in LA.” So the $35 million mansion is just sitting there empty? Damn, they’re just asking to get Bling Ring-ed!

The Hollywood Hills Spanish-style mansion is 9 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and 13,530 square feet. It has a screening room, a gym, a guest house, a tennis court, and a massive pool. The property was recently renovated by celebrity interior designer Estee Stanley. According to Architectural Digest, she “subtly blended rustic and modern styles.”
Justin purchased the property in 2002 using his *NSYNC money. Back then it was $8.3 million, and all that cash went to Helen Hunt, who built the mansion in 2000. Back in the forties, Errol Flynn had a compound on the same land. Errol’s property was later owned by teen idol Ricky Nelson.
This mansion is also the one where Justin got Punk’d. Ashton Kutcher got a then-unknown Dax Shepherd to convince Justin that the IRS was seizing his house, possessions, and dogs over unpaid taxes. Justin cried, and later claimed he was stoned. I guess Big Timberlake had the original video wiped from the Internet, cuz the only versions I could find were some blurry TikToks and behind-the-scenes outtakes:
Whoever buys this mansion needs to erect a plaque that says, “On this spot in 2002, Hollywood history was made when 21-year-old Justin Randall Timberlake became the very first celebrity to get Punk’d.” And besides that, they should erect a cardboard cut-out of Justin blubbering. A can’t-miss Hollywood tourist attraction for Britney and Janet Jackson fans! That $35 million will be recouped in no time.
