Liam Gallagher Had To Cancel A Show After Falling Out Of A Helicopter

Although currently unproven by science, it’s pretty clear that the only thing with a longer, more robust lifespan than a cockroach is Liam Gallagher. A meteor could be headed straight towards Earth, and experts would say stuff like, “All human life is at risk. Well…you know, not Liam Gallagher, because he’ll definitely still be standing after this planet is reduced to a smoking pile of ash.” Case in point: Liam Gallagher allegedly fell out of a helicopter last Friday. Not only is the man is still alive, but he was actually well enough to tweet about his condition.

On Saturday, Liam tweeted a selfie showing his messed-up face, and said that he fell out of a helicopter. He also referenced the former drummer of The Who, Keith Moon, who lived a notoriously messy rock lifestyle before dying of a drug overdose at the age of 32 (Liam is 49).

Liam’s reference to Keith Moon might have been because he was off his ass prior to his helicopter accident. NME says that earlier in the day, Liam had performed at the Isle of Wight Festival in England, closing the show. And if this follow-up tweet posted right after his original tweet is any indication, it looks like the culprit responsible for that messy helicopter fall was: BEER. And probably lots of it.

What doesn’t kill you, sure, but it can fuck up your income. A few days after Liam’s initial tweet, he gave an update on his condition. It turns out, he’s too messed up to perform his next gig in Belfast, Scotland. He let everyone know that the show has been rescheduled to June of next year and that he ended up breaking his nose bad and can’t sing.

There is one major mystery here, and that’s the question of just how far Liam Gallagher fell out of a helicopter. Are we talking a couple feet right as it began to lift off? Was the helicopter parked and he was just that messed up that he felt out of it as he attempted to get in? Was this a Scarface situation where he fell 20 feet and proved my theory that he can’t ever die? We can’t know for sure. Well, at least not until someone posts an embarrassing video of it that was drunkenly shot from their phone. But one thing is for sure – Liam’s #1 main hater Noel Gallagher better take a break from fighting mask mandates on Twitter to tweet that he absolutely, positively, 100% wasn’t inside that helicopter and definitely didn’t push Liam out.
