Machine Gun Kelly Almost Got Into A Fight With Conor McGregor On The MTV VMAs Red Carpet

It was a HOT night of attention-seeking at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards which were masks-off (this time) and gloves-off as UFC’s resident rage-aholic (which says a lot) Conor McGregor almost got into it with *checks notes* Machine Gun Kelly? You in danger, girl–Conor would have chewed that string bean twink up like a leather daddy at Folsom! But luckily security stopped it. And MGK’s girlfriend Megan Fox, was there to comfort him in an outfit which was the sex-store combo of Kim Kardashian‘s wet Met Gala look and Rose McGowan‘s completely naked 1998 MTV look. Stripper aesthetics of the world rejoice! There is a new messiah rising!

The MTV Video Music Awards was held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night and there was almost an impromptu McGregor vs. Gun Kelly battle royale. MGK and Megan Fox have been an endless sea of sickening romance since getting together last year, so it makes sense there would be a dramatic scuffle in their love story! Don’t worry, TMZ says that lots of photographers caught it:

As you can see, there’s Conor in the pink suit mouthing off to MGK who’s not very far… and before you know it–the next shot has Conor seemingly lunging at the rocker as people step in to separate them.

CMG can be seen reaching for Kelly–but it doesn’t look like he ever got a hold of him or even laid a finger on him for that matter. Conor was yanked back by security on hand…

When he collected himself and whatever was left of his drink, our sources say Conor allegedly chucked the drink at Kelly … as well as Megan, whom we’re told was nearby.

Their respective teams broke it up before things got really ugly–and Conor was given his walking cane back–something that had fallen to the ground during the scuffle. FYI… Conor made it inside after this–the camera just panned over him during the broadcast.

Sources tell TMZ that Conor asked for a photo with MGK and he refused and Conor ended up getting pushed by MGK. Things escalated from there. Here’s the footage!

A source close to Conor tells TMZ that he wanted to say “Hi,”  and stuck his hand out to MGK who said something to him that he didn’t hear. At which point MGK’s security pushed Conor, who didn’t “understand what the issue was, and was surprised by how he was treated.” Conor talked about it afterward, saying he didn’t know what happened and doesn’t even know the “little Vanilla Ice boy rapper,” but clearly he does if he knows the similarities between the two.

Conor’s publicist tells Us Weekly that any talk of him asking for a photo was “totally false” and said: “Machine Gun attended Conor’s last fight. Conor appreciates all his fans.”

MGK did not want to talk about the fight on the carpet, and laughed off a question about it before tapping the reporter’s mic and leaving:

Megan allegedly said: “We’re not allowed to talk about it,” as they walked off, so clearly she’s got the PR memo by this point in her career. And Megan distracted everyone in a Thierry Mugler dress, which looks like it was made of strings and what’s left of my sanity–not very much!

Although, Megan did make me nauseous on the red carpet with this ick comment:

Daddy almost got whooped by Conor McGregor. But MGK’s night must have improved somewhat from the near-fight, as he later performed with Travis Barker, and won an award.

Well, the joke was on Conor, because even if he had successfully managed to punch MGK in the face, he would’ve cut his hands on MGK’s bedazzled mug.
